We hosted Halfloaf for several days and shared a meal and conversation the evening of her arrival.
She and Mary Ann visited the North East Classic Car Museum together and had a fun time.
She is welcome here anytime.
The hosts treated me like family, had a great time with them! The area has a lot to offer, with the wildlife center where April the giraffe lives, the AMAZING historic car museum, and adorable town, and Cooperstown very nearby.
A peaceful place with beautiful flowers everywhere! We had a great stay, and the hosts were so kind. They even ran my husband into town for an air compressor part and shared a campfire with us, so they went above and beyond!

My first boondocking host could not have been more welcoming. Bikercamper were not at home when I arrived but we had made arrangements for parking. I was given suggestions for touring the area and electricity was offered. Thank you.
So thankful I had the opportunity to stay at such a wonderful little place tucked beside constantanly rumbling river stream...the sound is mesmerizing! Close to Estes Park but yet just far enough away to feel your entirely in your own little world...
This was a lovely location with terrific hosts. They even provided some local publications to helps know where to go in town. There is a large yard with room for multiple RVs. Many thanks to Mr. & Mrs “Marty’s”!
These folks couldnt have been more accommodating to us. Even though our time was brief we enjoyed our conversations on there talking porch
Had a great time and super conversations . Glad they enjoyed our boondocking area and hope they will come back to see more and stay longer. Best wishes and great travels.
I can't say enough about the kindness and helpfulness of our fellow members. Everyone was so considerate and helpful. I can't wait to welcome our first guests and start repaying the kindness that's been shown to us.
We boondocked all the way from NE Canada to southern Mississippi using eight sites! The pressure was off, because we knew we had a warm resting place each night. We enjoyed meeting a diversity of hosts. And every host said, "What a great idea -- Boondockers Welcome!"
