Availability

Spot should be available all summer, unless I need to do renovations and need constant access to the garage.
I can also have guests in the winter.

Access Road Conditions

Very busy street. You'll need to park front end first to fit under the front deck. A bit of a challenge to back out, you'll need to ease out slowly and cut traffic. It's feasable, I often back up a trailer with my SUV, you just have to ignore the impatient drivers :-) Spot is 25 feet full height with a few more under the front deck, 12 feet wide. Slide-out allowed if it fits !
Best to drive in from the South, much easier to turn in.

Site Description

Perfect urban boondock location. I am pleased to share my front driveway and park on the street. Electricity (15 amps) and water available. 2 different buses direct to subway at the corner. Bixi station at the corner. Grey water can be dumped. Kids welcome. Dogs welcome. Cats stay in the RV. I also share the backyard if I don't need it. You can dump garbage and recycling in the big bins (green is recycling).
Past guests suggest earplugs if you are a light sleeper, my street is quite busy.

He welcomed us in front of his door. We had a nice talk together and he showed us many things to do and see in the city.
A lovely stay with water and electricity.
The location is very well situated for those that want to venture into Montreal. You easily can use the bus.
Thank you for having us.

We were greeted with a couple of beers cooling in the snow, if that doesn't set you up for a good boondock experience I don't know what will! (Even though we don't drink it was the gesture that counted).
Considering this was Urbansurfers first time as a boondocking host he was impeccable. His recommendations were spot on and he very kindly let us hook up to his electric to keep us 'winter warriors' toasty.
The city of Montreal has so much to offer and the location of this spot could not be better! The transport system around the city was very easy to use and pretty much on the doorstep.
Being on a busy road if you are a light sleeper I would reccomend earplugs but if you're seeing the city right you'll be so knackered that sleeping won't be a problem!
Thank you so much for having us... We hope to return the favour one day :)
