We can welcome you most any time we are home. If we have paying guests at our bed and breakfast, we can still offer you a nice grass spot away from the main house weather permitting. To clarify some questions-- 1) water and electric available? -Maybe 2) Generators allowed? - How loud is it? 3) Pets welcome? That depends,---- Does it bark all night? Will it attack our Golden Retriever? Quiet, friendly dog on a leash,-- sure.
Access Road Conditions
1/3 mile long gravel drive. Must cross a creek culvert. (no problem with our 5th wheel, but a very low and long trailer may drag). A short moderate gravel hill to climb.
We live on a 40 acre farm near Hillsboro Ohio. We can accept about any size RV depending on weather and time of year. (We are 5th wheelers) We have some gravel areas, or sometimes just grass that could get muddy. Some times we can put you near a water hydrant and/or 15 amp electric.
In A Few Words...
A Little More Detail
We are Doug and Jane. We are retired. (sort of) We have a 40 acre working farm with cows and chickens and a golden retriever named Luke. We have a very large house where Jane sometimes hosts bed and breakfast guests.
Favorite Boondocking Locations
Michigan, Ohio, South Carolina, Looking forward to Gulf Coast and western states.
Luke is our 3rd Golden Retriever in 30 years. He is 3 years old and pretty much goes with us everywhere.
We have an anti-social cat that helps keep mice out of the cattle and chicken feed.
