Had a great visit, welcoming couple. Enjoyed the horses.
Stayed in the pasture. It was perfect!

We have 5 acres about 3 miles north of I-40 east of Oklahoma City. We have a fenced area in our "pasture" with a 10' entry gate, water and 20 amp electricity hookup. The area is secure and quiet with little traffic on a dead-end street.
We can also accommodate a unit in our driveway with water and 30 amp electricity hookup.
About Dave n Steph in OK
In A Few Words...
A Little More Detail
Dave retired from the Air Force after 30 years of service in communications then worked at a local college in the IT dept and retired from there. I am a retired Physical Therapist Assistant. I play around with the guitar and like photography (even tho I'm not that good with either yet!). We have lived in Turkey, Phillipines, Germany, Greece, and Japan as well as OK, FL, RI, SC, and TX with the Air Force as our guide. Dave has enjoyed long-distance backpacking - he did a thru-hike of the Appalachian Trail (GA to Maine) in 1997, a section of the Pacific Crest Trail, and 2,000 miles of the Continental Divide Trail. I'm afraid I don't have the fortitude for that but do enjoy most things outdoors! We still think of ourselves as younger than the calendar tells us and still feel there are so many places we still want to see and enjoy!
We live on 5 acres with easy access to/from I-40 east of Oklahoma City, OK. We have an indoor/outdoor dog and a few goats to keep the weeds down in the pasture. We no longer have horses but we can accommodate horses if needed. We can provide a secure place inside the pasture fence for any vehicle that can fit thru the gate (10'). The area is big enough to turn around easily so generally pull-thru parking needs are not an issue. It's quiet out here and relatively convenient to activities in Oklahoma City. We look forward to meeting some new people and going to some new places!
Dave n Steph in OK's Pets
We have Daisy, a 9-yr old boxer, who likes to go places but gets nervous at first and is timid with stangers at first, but warms quickly when she discovers they will scratch her back or rub her ears.
