We're going from barely using the RV to taking a trip of a lifetime this summer by driving to Alaska and back with the travel trailer. We'll be travelling with a buddy (and his wife) that I ride motorcycles with - he and his wife have taken the trip before in their motor home. Although we have been to Alaska before on a cruise/motor coach combo trip, this trip is more about the journey through Canada than it is about the destination. Looking forward to spending more time at Denali and finding opportunities to view wildlife.
I'm happy to give free advice on investments, but you know what free advice is worth ;-)
I have either stayed at conventional RV parks or campgrounds (state parks), or found city spots that are very inexpensive. I'm continuing to learn about the world of boondocking.
