We are married, retired from public school teaching and new motorhome travelers !
Our 2015, 30 foot Class A motorhome is the very first one we have ever owned. We love it and are having fun learning all about traveling this way. Northern California has been our home for over 40 years and have family there, as well as in Oregon. We have 2 grown and married sons, who have blessed us with lovely daughter-in-laws - and 4 of the world's cutest grandchildren.
We just had our longest trip ever, it was to the Grand Canyon, Bryce, Zion and Spring Training in Phoenix. (A's Fans !) We have only boondocked a few times. Twice in casino parking lots on the Oregon coast in Florence and in Coos Bay. We also boondocked at Harris' Ranch, just off I-5 in California. We would do both of those again.
Kelseyville, California is our home. We have lived here 30 years. It is a small rural town, north of San Francisco and the Napa Valley. It is fast becoming a popular winery region, and is located next to Clear Lake, the largest freshwater lake in California. We formally lived and farmed hay and grain in Tulelake, California and have some family there who still farm.
2015 - 30 foot Class A Winnebago Itasca, with 3 slide outs. We tow a bright yellow jeep.
