We are a fairly quiet family that enjoy traveling and meeting new people. We love boondocking so far and hope to continue to make many new friends!

Two dogs and 29 chickens. They do not travel with us, though! Sometimes we bring one dog with us.

To start, this family of 4 arrived at the time they had guessed at and we all know that can be a task in itself. How do you know what you might want to stop and see during the day? They were neat, clean and went out of their way to be respectful of me and my property, also very polite.
We had great conversation around a bonfire. The children had fun exploring my 7 acres as I had told them to feel free to do. The son is writing a fiction book and I was thoroughly amazed at his thought and detail. I felt I could hear and see exactly what he was reading to me, and he was a teenager.
They are welcome back anytime!
Great little Boondock and we enjoyed the hospitality and hookups. Nice place to take a walk and met some interesting folks.
Wife and I stayed one night in a quiet, level parking spot. Very nice place to stay with friendly chickens and a couple of dogs too. Even though the location is close to a cell tower, ATT Internet didn't seem to work, but that wasn't a problem as we enjoyed a cool even breeze and a good book !!
Nikolairapunzel are super hosts! Very friendly & accommodating. Access to yard was easy & flat. Quiet location yet short drive to I-75. Food & gas readily accessible in nearby Grayling.
Our host greeted us and gave us options of where to park and introduced us to their diverse chicken population. We had a very pleasant and quiet stay under the trees and were on our way early the next morning. They are close to I-75 and to Gaylord and Grayling.
Peaceful spot.
Greeting was friendly and we enjoyed our time here.
We stayed only one night here, but it was easy and peaceful. Our host was there to greet us, and showed us where to park. We had a very nice chat and met their chickens, and the rest of the night was quiet and uneventful. Exactly what we needed after travelling all day. We had to get back on the road the next, but we would definitely stay there again! Thanks for a restful stopover!
Spent a couple of nights with this host while we explored the area. Enjoyed talking with the hosts and their kids at the campfire each night. Communication was very good and all the information was spot on. Recommended places to eat in area as well. Hoping to visit again when we are back in the area.
