It was very nice to have Steve boondock in our neighborhood cup-de-sac driveway as he visited the Pro Football Hall of Fame. We enjoyed some very nice conversation, and even took a walk with our beagle. Steve was a courteous guest, and we'd be pleased to host him again.
We had a great stay at Sparky's location for our 43rd Wedding Anniversary. This was our first time using a Boondockers Welcome host and it was great. Although our hosts had to be away for the time we stayed, we still got every question answered by them in a very timely fashion. They made the stay so comfortable in such a beautiful place on the Cape. We absolutely love Cape Cod and always have, so it was so nice to be able to stay on the Cape for our 43rd Wedding Anniversary. We "weathered" the storm Dorian, which followed us up the east coast from Florida. Little did we know when we booked this spot, that the storm would visit us but it worked out fine. Our hosts made great suggestions as to were to get great local seafood and we tried Arnold's Clam Bar (which they suggested) and it was awesome. We will definitely go there again! We also went to Chatham and also to Captain Parker's Pub in Yarmouth. Both places were very easy to get to from Sparky's. We give this host location and our hosts top rating and we will absolutely stay there again sometime! We look forward to meeting them the next time we stay. We highly recommend this host!
Great time on labor day weekend. Good tip on the best lobster roll.It was a great summer.Sparky Thank you very much !
Steve and Cathy are some of the nicest and most helpful folks we've ever met and are looking forward to being friends with them from now on. A very peaceful and quiet place to stay that's just minutes from nearly every place on Cape Cod!
Sparky and his wife were fantastic hosts! Boondockers welcome should pay them haha. They give you a packet of information and are as helpful as you want them to be. Great order shower right next to van spot.
Steve and Cathy are amazing host's. They have a nice quiet place centrally located on Cape Cod. Steve is a wealth of information and is really nice to talk to. He gave me several pamphlets with tons of info on what to do. He knows the area very well and gives great suggestions. I booked for 2 nights and ended staying 3. I could stay here for weeks. This is definitely a place to come back to.
We had the best time this weekend. The host was fabulous. Their site is beautiful, loved the Rose of Sharon and Butterfly bushes! We checked out many of their recommendations and they were all great places. Thanks again for your gracious hospitality.
Sparky made it easy for us to pull in when we arrived and the outside shower, hammock and power were all big pluses. Thanks for being so kind!
These folks are everything you would want as hosts. Very accommodating and helpful in everyway.
Our host greeted us the first day , spent some time chatting and sharing with us all the sites we could visit. Great advice as we enjoyed every moment of our visit! The outdoor shower was so nice😊 What a fun stay.
Great place. Great people. Our 26 ft Jayco fit just fine with room to walk around it. Parked our F150 perpendicular in front. Loved the outdoor shower, hammock, and clothesline for drying swimsuits. Hosts were wonderfully hospitable. You can tell they truly love sharing their home location with visitors. We appreciated all their advice and guidance, especially our visits to Herring Pond and Rock Harbor. Come stay with us in Indiana soon!
We had an amazing stay here! Thank you so so much for your hospitality and all the recommendations!!
We enjoyed an excellent stay with Sparky! Great location on Cape Cod perfect for exploring the many local sights. Site was easy to find with good access off the main road. Sparky offered much information of the area which we highly appreciated. We did a whale watching boat trip on his recommendation and loved it.
Great people and they let us know all the great spots to visit.. We will be back for sure!!
Nice shady secluded spot. Loved the rabbits and birds in morning.Short trip to Herring Cove Beach.Very generous people.Thank you very much! Sorry we did not meet the hosts, but look forward to meet them someday soon
Got in around 9:30pm. Backed right in and hooked up to water and power. Woke up and had a hot shower and pulled out headed to The Hamptons. Great Place to stay.
We love the place and Steven was so nice he gave us all information to all locals and where to go. Me and my family love it so much that we definitely coming back again. I can’t thank him enough for the stay. Thank you so much for having us. ❤️❤️
We had the time of our lives at Sparky’s Host location! There is SO much to do and they are the most enjoyable people to chat with. Would LOVE to stop by again one day! Thanks for having us!
We wanted to stay longer (and our hosts graciously invited us) but we had a schedule to keep and had to move on. The location is perfect. We loved the bike trail just down the road. Our hosts were welcoming and we enjoyed a lovely afternoon visiting together. It was a wonderful time and hard to leave. Thank you!!
This was a perfect spot for us on a quick visit to the Cape. Our van fit in the spot nicely and we enjoyed two quiet nights. Our hosts were away, so we didn't have the chance to meet them, but hope to return at some point when they are there. The outdoor shower was great!
Great friendly hosts. We enjoyed appetizers and excellent conversation. The location is ideal for sightseeing Ptown and the Cape.
Excellent place to stay. Very warm people. Spent an evening chatting with some cocktails. If you are on the area definitely stay there
There is a free rv dumps station in hyannis ma. It's the water treatment sewage facility located on 617 Bearses Way. Hyannis MA. Check their website for hours.
Thanks again for everything 🙂
Nice and quiet road that was easy to park. Electric and water were available also. When we met them they gave us pamphlets with things to do as well as where things were. Very convenient location with the cape cod rail trail at the end of their road. Definitely stay here if you are in the area. Very warm and accommodating hosts.

We didn't get to meet them because they were elsewhere visiting family, but we had a great stay! Centrally located on the Cape, it was easy to get everywhere we wanted to visit. They also had power, water, and an outdoor shower for us to use! Thanks for a great visit, Sparky.
We had a wonderful stay, easy to find, centrally located spot on the Cape in a nice very quiet neighborhood. Our hosts provided lots of suggestions to make our stay more enjoyable and we look forward to future visits! Would highly recommend.
The hosts were wonderful! She greeted me with pamphlets, maps and information about the area, he welcomed me with a beer and a Red Sox game. Absolutely love the outdoor shower! Great location, central to everything in Cape Cod. Will definitely stay here again!
We enjoyed our stay and the hosts. They came right out with informational papers and pamphlets of things to do in the area; including their favorite spots to eat and visit. It felt like a RV hotel with an outdoor shower! We highly recommend staying here if you are going to be visiting the Cape.
We stayed two nights at Sparky's recently and it was awesome. Our hosts were so wonderful--friendly and helpful. We spent about an hour sitting with them our last morning just visiting--they make you feel like old friends. The accommodations were more than we could have expected--the hot shower was the BEST!!!!
Thanks so much for this stay. Everything was so uncomplicated and a great expirience for us RV-firsttimer. Eastham is a perfect place for exploring cape cod (we had our bikes with us). And it‘s true, you have to try out the openair shower. Awesome! Unfortunately we did not meet the hosts. But we are sure, that they are wonderful people!
Beaitiful spot in the yard, right next door to an amazing outdoor shower and hammock, friendly hosts and near the beach and shops and restaurants - great experience!
These folks are absolutely top notch! Concierge of Cape tourism complete with maps and guides. We had a beer on the deck together and a great chat. Sadly they had to go out of town but were gracious enough to allow me to stay while they were gone and Cathy even gave me a lovely fresh lavender bouquet from her garden before they left.
The authentic Cape outdoor shower is not to be missed!! Holy cow. It might be the best shower I've ever had!!
I would absolutely love to stay with these folks again if I'm ever back in Massachusetts.
Big heart hug to Steve and Cathy!! ♥️
Very warm welcome from Steve and Cathy. They have supplied us with referals for restaurants, beaches and so much more. They have even shared with us some food they have cooked. I would not hesitate to recommend them to my friends.
Wir sind dankbar dass wir euch kennenlernen durften.
The stay at sparky’s was Just what we wanted a nice quiet and safe spot to overnight and continue exploring the next day. Thanks again
Great hosts! Very welcoming. We sat and chatted for awhile before bed. They didn’t even mind that we travel with 4 Jack Russell Terriers. A wonderful way to start our visit to the Cape. Thank you very much!
We learned about this site on our drive down to Cape Cod and couldn’t be happier with our first experience! Steve and Cathy were quick to reply, very friendly, and accommodating. The parking spot is very easy to access, quiet, dark at night, and level.
We didn’t get to meet them in person because we left early to see the sunrise, but hope to next time! Thanks for the great experience!
This is a great place to boondock on Cape Cod. Our host greeted us warmly when we arrived and provided us with lots of information about things to see and do on the Cape. The outdoor shower and 20 amp electric were an added bonus. We would love to return again the next time we're in the area.
We were made to feel so welcome. We really enjoyed getting to know this couple and their local knowledge/recommendations were priceless. The site is shady and comfortable. It's close to the bike trail and bus stops making it easy to get around and see the beautiful sites of Cape Cod. Highly recommemnded!
Spent two nights at this private, shaded, parking spot. However, it was much, much more. Thanks so much for your generosity of 20 amp (it was 95* and we stayed cool), local tips (Young’s Fish Market for a lobster roll and view of Rock Harbor Marina and Beach), and the outside shower (which this Jersey couple really appreciated). Beautiful family in beautiful Cape Cod.
What a nice bd-ers. We stayed here for two days. We had a great spot with all facillities. Even an outside shower. Get a lot of usefull info about te cape. Saw the whales and enjoyed the beaches. Most of all the kindness and good conversation under a glas of wine. Thnx again and you are welcome to our place anytime. Hope you can rise your flag soon😃
Stayed with the Sparky's for 3 nights and we had a wonderful time. They were very welcoming, took us to the local beach where we enjoyed the sunset, and cooked smores over their firepit at the back.
They gave us lists of things to do around the local areas, and brochures for some of the most popular tourist attractions.
They gave us use of their outdoor shower, wifi, water and electricity, and there was even a hammock for us to enjoy the sunshine in.
The location is great, right in the middle of the cape, so you are half way between everything, and right near the major bike trail.
We loved staying here, and have made friends for life, thanks for everything guys, we are going to miss your green slice of paradise!
We made our request at the last minute and our hosts were very accommodating. We had a perfect stay. It was fun getting to know them and their adorable pup Giselle. They offered electric & water, wifi & area info. They are very knowledgeable about the area which is perfect for a visit to Provincetown. Dont hesitate to request a stay here!
Our hosts were very gracious. They put extra effort into making our stay enjoyable. Would love to stay here again. Beautiful area and lots to see and do. Highly recommended!!!
I had a great time on the cape. Host were wonderful, friendly and helpful. Nice shady camp spot, easy access and lots to do and see on the Cape. I hope to return on my next time around.
Thank you for the hospitality
Sparky are very nice people. They could not do enough for us. We stayed overnight July 26th. We had a beautiful parking area, nice and quiet, this is as good as it gets. Thank you.
We have loved our first trip to Cape Cod and have met the nicest people ever. Thanks for your wonderful hospitality and for providing such an ideal spot for us. All your helpful tips of what to see and do were very much appreciated. We loved the sunset at Rock Harbor and First Encounter Beach. There's so much to do on the Cape there is no way to get it all in during one visit. We'll be back. It was wonderful meeting you both and hope you will visit us when you come to Florida. Thanks so much, Susan
We are new to this boondocking site and didn’t know what to expect… it was a fantastic and enjoyable first experience. Steve and Cathy are great hosts… friendly and gracious… great couple. Welcomed us upon arrival and showed us where to park and hook up. Had great conversations with them…. many common interests…we made new friends. They gave us several recommendations on what to see and where to eat. They have our highest recommendation. We look forward to visiting them on our next trip to the Cape.
Great stay in Sparky's garden. Very nice welcome and kindness with our children (they will remember their first night fire stay with icecream !) :)
Highly recommended if you plan to stay few days in Cap Code, right in the middle.
Thanks again !
