I'm retired Military/Law Enforcement and She is retired from Banking and we enjoy all types of crafting, outdoor activities and our small dog “Breeze”.
She is very good with many craft skills and I am pretty handy at most computer or handyman functions
We have a cockapoo named Breeze
Utah, Idaho, Washington, Wyoming, Montana, Oregon, California, Nevada
We are both originally from Utah, but have lived in Arizona for 30+ years.
2018 Newmar 35’ motorhome that has one slide that is the length of the unit and one slide on the other side that is the bedroom.
We found this couple to be engaging and very quiet campers. It was enjoyable to visit with them, our dog Charlie meet two more canine friends and we meet two former residents of Utah. Anyone who has the opportunity to host this couple will be happy to meet two good people.
When we arrived the host very generously offered to use his own vehicle to park my covered trailer which was so helpful. I pull an 18’ covered trailer with 37’ m/home. Lots of yard space and great view of White Tank Mtns. Walked lots out in the county property nearby as well close to town. Would definitely stay again. Thanks
Arriving in the afternoon, we simply followed our hosts' directions and got set up easily, just in time for a surprise rainstorm that lasted off and on for the night. In the morning, the smell of rain filled our noses and we welcomed the cool weather. In the afternoon, our hosts went around and welcomed their guests. We had a lovely chat in the afternoon sun and went on our way. Overall, a lovely couple with a nice piece of property for all sizes of RVs. Oh, and the road in front of their place is perfect for longboarding, something 3 of us had in common!
This was our first Boondockers Welcome stay and I must say, it was even better than I'd imagined. The hosts were out when we arrived, but they gave us instructions and we found a perfect place to set up for the night. The views are stunning and the location was quiet and peaceful. I almost hate to leave.
We needed a place to stay on our way to Quartzsite. This was ideal! Wonderful hosts!
Quiet rural setting with easy access to town. Wonderful hosts that made us feel very welcome. There was plenty of space for our 39' 5th Wheel. We would definitely stay here again.
Paved road, easy to find, scenic views, and level space to park in a quiet country acreage community. This was a convenient stop on our way back from for our visit to the Sun City Festival community. The host greeted us and was very generous to offer us water to top up our water supply.
It was such a delight to stay here, property and views outstanding. The hosts are very nice people. Would definitely love to stay again in the future. Thanks again, if you ever get our way please look us up.
(Apparently this didn't stick the first time, so once again with feeling...) Very nice hosts! They keep to themselves by default, but are lovely people to talk to with if you want to chat. Very respectful of boondockers' privacy, and the location is just perfectly peaceful - ideal for getting away from the noise and bustle of the city. The view is also superb!
They keep to themselves mostly, and they're very nice people with wonderful dogs. Very accommodating/helpful, know their stuff about RVs, great hosts when you're looking to get away from it all!
We had an amazing experience with John and Darla. We are brand new to the RV experience and truly appreciated their kindness and wisdom. We look forward to seeing them again. Chad and Jill
