We bought our trailer 2 years ago and so far we have made a 7-week trip to west coast, a 4-week trip to Florida and Louisiana, week-long trips to Connecticut and North Carolina. We have put over 16,000 miles on her and keep making small improvements between trips.
We enjoy nature, museums, visiting relatives and wineries and just plain finding out-of-the-way places.
We live in the country just a few miles from the Atlantic Ocean. The towns near us on the coast are popular resort towns. Inland is farmland used for raising chickens, corn and soybean.
We have a 20' Aerolite 2000 travel trailer that we pull with a full-size pickup. We bought it used two years ago and we stripped it down to the skeleton and remodeled the entire inside.
Don't pass up a chance to meet this couple. Easy to get to know, and so very gracious. We are looking forward to seeing them again.
This is a great place to stop in. The hosts were very nice and accommodating. They had some great ideas on places to checkout around town and general traveling. It’s quite and tucked away from the road. I would definitely recommend this place.
Lynn and her husband were very nice to myself, my wife and my kids. It was my first time using the camper and they gave us lots of good advice and even offered to help with a minor repair. Nice couple to talk with when around. I appreciate them for making our stay lovely. They opened up their big backyard for the kids to play in too. We were mostly on day trips though. Thanks guys for all you did.
