When my youngest of two daughter moved out to start her independent life just like her sister, the dream of traveling the US came back to me. When I was a teenager I want to travel the US by train for one year and see this beautiful country. Becoming a parent and raising my daughters happened very early for me. I decided to place my travel dreams on hold so that I could focus on being the best parent I could for my daughters. After years of suburban life, corporate ladder climbing, mowing a lawn and paying for college my time to realize that travel dream was at hand. Instead of traveling by train I chose the convenience of having my home travel with me. To finance my travels I work for the National Park Service during the spring and summer, then I head south for the winter and work for a home improvement chain. I've been full-time for almost 2 years and cannot imagine every living any other way.
