We travel with our mini pig across most of the south for my husbands job. We recently purchased a new Jayco camper, and are loving the adventures we find. I am hoping to boondock more. I love the people we have met along our journeys.
We have boondocked many a forest, parks, Walmarts, Bass Pro, Casinos, and other Boondockers welcome hosts! They have all been really wonderful experiences, as we've yet to come across a problem.

These 2 are Good People! I pulled in and my a/c clutch I put in brand new in Marietta GA was making noise, I mentioned it to him and said I thought it was the clutch spacer was off (seeing it was brand new with new bearing) he has a very nice Man Palace!, not cave - oops I mean "shop" (I'd grunt like tool-time Tim on Home Improvement if I could on here) and he right away started to look at it for me! (at their new place), the place is beautiful! Future boondockers, make sure you get the address right the first time because turning around would be almost impossible during the day and an act of God at night! It's not a busy road so go in slow. I know good people and when I met these two, I just don't want them as a boondocker host, I want them to be my good friends as well. When I become a host someday, I will always have a spot for these 2! Well, we found out it was the brand new bearing falling apart in the a/c clutch. He's even going to take me in town so I can get parts to help me get on my way! Fellow Boondockers, you can't go wrong visiting these hosts. Rest, relax and enjoy. ***** 5 Stars!, Thanks and keep on keeping on. David.
Our hosts were very accommodating, in that we needed to arrive quite late at night. They had cleared a spot in their driveway and had the electric all set up for us. We were incredibly touched to find a plate of homemade cookies with a very sweet note outside our RV the next morning! (The driveway is at a good incline and not super long, so you will need to work a bit to level your RV, but we were able to do just fine, and slept very well that night.)
