I enjoyed very much visiting with you and would be glad to host you again . I hope that in near future we can make up to your neck of the woods.
People like you is why enjoy hosting.
We really enjoyed our stay at Gordsplace! They were both very welcome and great resources of information. We enjoyed chatting on their front porch and discovered we had a lot of common interests. We were invited to stay a few more days, however we were meeting up with other friends further North and needed to get on the road. Their location is GREAT! We were able to walk to a variety of restaurants and enjoy yummy foods. Thank you both so much for being wonderful hosts!!!
Coming out of the big busy city of Kelowna, we had a verry warm welcome in relaxing Peachland. Cherie and Gordon welcomed us with a cold beer and watermelon, they are a verry lovely and inspiring couple. We really enjoyd our stay.
Hope to see this people in holland again.
Our initial plan was to stay only one night. However, the conversation was engaging and so enjoyable we were invited to stay longer. And we did. We had a wonderful time exploring the area and were invited to join the host's walking club. Many memories were made and shared. Our sincere thanks to our wonderful host. Our only regret...we were not able to meet his wife. Next time, Yes! Thank you.
1quest were our first boondocking experience and we were not sure what to expect but they made us feel at home straight away. They are special people and great company, with excellent stories and full of information about where to go and what to do while in this beautiful location. He spoilt us by taking us all for rides in his hotrod, a bit exciting! They have the best porch to sit and relax on and their lovely home is a short walk to the lake where we enjoyed swimming and cooling down. An excellent first experience. Awesome!
Warm and welcoming. This was our first experience trying boondockers welcome and it couldn't have been better. They are located in an absolutely lovely lakefront resort town. Restaurants and lake are steps away from this quiet boondock site.
We had a great time meeting 1Quest. We had so many things to talk about.
We definitely are glad they are part of Boondockers Welcome.
Our 25 ft Motorhome was an easy fit.
Thanks for a great stay.
"1quest" are some of the loveliest people we have ever met. As soon as we arrived they welcomed us with an open door. Went above and beyond and were more accommodating than we could ever have imagined. Thank you for welcoming us to boondockers in style and for all the great company. Getting to meet people like these two (and Rex of course) is one of the reasons we joined boondockers. If you ever get the chance highly recommend stopping in even if it's just for a coffee and great chat!
