We are a full-time family of 4 since September 2015. I am a certified holistic health coach and my husband Mike works in the software world and is a certified high-performance coach. I homeschool our two boys, ages 10 & 12. We very happily sold our house, most of the stuff in it and our cars to live this way for a while. It has been amazing so far. It has not been easy and certainly not cheap, but worth it. Looking forward to connecting with other like-minded individuals on the road.

Skills & Expertise to Share

We ran a professional photography studio for 10 years. My husband was an award-winning, certified professional photographer. He is excellent at the art of photography, but now works full time in the software world. I'm a certified holistic health coach and love helping people see better health and vitality through better lifestyle choices. I healed my body naturally from fibromyalgia.

We are Framily

I've never teared up when boondockers left before but I have come to have so much admiration, respect and love for the chronicnomadness family that I hate to see them leave.
What started as a three night stay turned into three months of sheltering in place because of covid 19.
As they were preparing to leave they found out that their next destination was no longer available and asked if they could stay another day or two. I told them to stay as long as necessary and am glad they accepted.
We have shared food, off grid ideas, sunsets, fullmoonrises, ISS watching and much more. She has given me herbal medical advice and some essential oils for pain relief that work quite well.
The two boys are polite, intelligent, hard working and fun to be around.
They helped me with several projects that I might never have gotten done and gifted me some very nice items.
He says we are Framily and I wholeheartedly agree.
Suffice it to say that they will be missed and are always welcome here and I hope to see them again soon.

family travelers

We really enjoyed chronicnomadnesses (sorry about the spelling) stay. Only wish it could have been a bit longer as we missed the "geek" time. If anyone has ever questioned the results of homeschooling, look no further as the boys are very polite and knowledgeable. They even helped out with some of Becky's chores. For such a large vehicle, with a complete family, they give boondocking a great run. We really appreciated the "little something". We look forward to a return visit - maybe even meeting somewhere on the road.

AWESOME GUESTS

We had the pleasure of hosting this family for 3 nights/ 4 days and would have enjoyed their company longer. Personality wise the couple were very friendly and fun to visit with, sharing their experiences and even providing details on their innovative power system and a composting toilet that was a new concept for us. Their two sons were well behaved and respectful, even offering on more that one occasion to help with a chore. They are a high energy fun loving family, who love creating and finding adventures. Should they pass this way again, we hope we have a chance to meet up with them again.

Awesome family with some great kids.

I really appreciate guests like this, nice folks and the older boy had many conversations with me. Proud to know good American families still exist. Host them, you won't regret it.

A Fun and helpful family

Mike, Ann, Byrce and Brooks were a pleasure to host. They were very polite and respectful. They were always asking if we needed help with anything which turned out to be a blessing because there was a couple things that I needed a hand with. The boys were fun to talk to and appeared to be getting a good education on the road which I thought was fantastic. They will be welcome back at our place anytime. Have safe travels Buoy family!!!
