We enjoy life our family and meeting other people. We both enjoy bluegrass and country music and both play guitar while John plays many instruments. We are looking forward to more RVing and travelling. Fishing is also one of our great enjoyment in life. Heading south this winter in hopes of doing some salt water fishing.
John is a cabinet maker and all round handy guy who enjoys his grandchildren, fishing, playing guitar and singing.Cath enjoys grandchildren, walks, gardens, sewing and sometimes cooking.

I enjoyed their stay with me and they are welcome to come back. I hope someday I get the chance to visit with them up north. It was great to talk with them about our travel experences.
John and Cath stayed with us for two nights and we really enjoyed their visit. They sang and played guitar for us around our campfire and it was wonderful. They are talented, polite, appreciative and fun. We would welcome them anytime.

As last year we where welcomed warmly and had some time to sit, relax and chat.
Thanks again for the stay.
We had a nice quiet stay with these very welcoming hosts. Very easy to get in and out of their nice level guest spot .
We had a wonderful 2 night stay on her property. They are very gracious hosts and very interesting to talk with, which we enjoyed during an evening with them around their massive backyard fire pit (while continuing to maintain today’s physical distancing).
The location is perfect for hiking as their driveway literally crosses the Bruce Trail. Nearby is Eugenia Falls and the many hiking trails around it. I had a motorcycle and we enjoyed great riding through the Beaver Valley and up to Georgian Bay. It was very easy to park our RV in their recommended spot, they even provided 30A power and a water hose!
We look forward to visiting again. Thank you for a great experience.
If you are walking The Bruce Trail this is a perfect spot to stop, from John and Cathy’s place you can go either way on the trail plus groceries and beer are available at Top of the hill.
Great place to stay.
We couldn’t wish for better hosts. We went there for two nights attracted by the beautiful area and ended up staying one more night. Everything was perfect, the area is beautiful and John and Cath offered us the Grand Tour!! They have been very welcoming and it felt like we were with familly. It was hard to say goodbye, so we hope to see you soon!!
John and Cathy's is in such a beautiful scenic area we had a wonderful time sightseeing. There is a beautiful water fall a very short walk from their host site and a beautiful lake in another short walk. The Bruce Trail has several locations a short drive from them for hikers. Eugenia is a small town peaceful and quiet but if your looking for more activity Collingwood is not far away. We were fortunate in arriving at a time the fall leaves were gorgeous.
As for the hosts we can't compliment them enough. They are friendly, accommodating and just all around great people. We have been best friends since they stayed at our BDW host site in Florida. Enjoying so many of the same activities. We were able to share their Thanksgiving Dinner with their family and friends, what a wonderful time.
Thank you so much John and Cathy, see ya soon.
