As of 2015 we set off to travel spending the winters on our sail boat in Mexico and the summers in our Road Trek Van touring Canada and the USA.
We still call Comox British Columbia home and still own a house there which is currently rented. In time, when we settle back into our home, we hope to be able to return the favour of hosting visiting travelers on our property which has ample room for any RV.
We are avid cyclists and are always looking for places where we can combine a two night stop over with a good bicycle ride.
General handy man
Try to stay at state/provincial parks with primitive facilities where possible. Parking at friends and family homes is always excellent. Stealth camping in quiet locations as a last resort.
In time, when we return home from our multi year trip, we will offer reciprocal hosting in the beautiful Comox valley on Vancouver island, B.C. Canada
Very presentable 2007 Road Trek Sprinter Van. Essentially stock and fits nicely anywhere you can park a large car. We are totally self contained and can last 2-3 nights on battery power alone. 15 amp plug in for longer stays is appreciated but not required.
