We left our full time jobs in 2014 from fields in information technology and healthcare. We enjoy many activities including woodworking, gardening, wine-making and nature hikes and bike rides.
I have great computer skills and still do occasional software training in my local community. My wife loves to cook and share her gardening skills and we both enjoy showing others our wine-making techniques.
We enjoy out-of-the-way rural campsites in state and national forests with occasional stays in county parks.
We drive a 2017 Thor Vegas 24.1 class A motor home which is 25"-6" in length. We purposely chose a smaller unit due to the fact that it is easier to find accommodations and set up and take down is much faster.
I can assure you David and Kathy are not totally “off their rocker” and we enjoyed meeting them. They were great to have as guests at Pine Meadows and we wish them safe journeys and adventures to come.
Honestly, I didn't even get the chance to meet them. I had a neighbor let them on my place since I was gone the couple days they were here. Neighbor tells me they were very nice.
I don’t know what we enjoyed more about Dave & Kathy - them or their rig and gadgets. Super friendly and outgoing. Easy to host. Dave is the go to gadget guy! He even puts all his cool stuff up on their site so you can find and buy it easily. They’ve got a good thing going and you’ll really enjoy them and seeing the useful stuff they’ve discovered. Our Amazon cart now has over $1400 of cool things thank to them. Ok, on second thought, Dave, we hate you! LOL
Although we didn't get to visit much, we enjoyed having Offourrockerrv stay with us. Weather was not ideal, but would happily host them again.
A very nice couple from central Wisconsin. We shared some laughs and stories of our travels. It's always nice to meet new people and make new friends. We wouldn't hesitate to host them again.
