We have been RVing for 4 years enjoying Escapees and seeing our beautiful country. We love golf and are always busy helping people through our church.
My husband is very handy and loves to build things.
We have a 40' fifth wheel pulled by a Ford f350 Diesel truck.
Although we decided not to stay, I know that "skins" would have been great hosts. We are traveling cross country and making reservations last minute is how we are operating. Eric was very quick in his response and very willing to accommodate us even though they were not home. The home was beautiful and when we arrived decided that we may damage the newly sealed driveway and because we didn't want to take that chance we did not stay. I hope to be able to meet both him and his wife either as hosts or boondockers.
We were fortunate enough to stay one night here. They could not have been more accommodating and kind -- going way beyond our expectations. They treated us like family and helped us get a few things situated on our rig (we just set out on our first trip in it), as well as offering some wonderful advice. We didn't know what to expect joining this site/community, but are truly blown away by the hospitality. As our youngest son said as we were saying goodbye, "those are the nicest strangers I ever met!"
We stayed one night, very roomy, we drycamped there, and it was excellent, very easy access, met with the "skins" briefly, but enjoyed the very quiet and very restful night.
We stayed 2 very nice and quite nights. They made us very comfortable. We had a drink together and discuss lots of subjects.
very helpful people.
Thank you very much!

Skins was out of town but arranged an OK with the people renting the house. Was a great location. Private. Level. Skins was great at communicating. Had planned to stay two nights but due to family plans in Oregon changing only stayed one night. Would certainly stay again. Did I mention an awesome view of Reno at night. Thanks skin.
