We are Don & Jane Lockhart. Prior to moving into our new (to us) motorhome in July 2016, we lived in Cumberland Maine for 22 years. We have one daughter who is a PA in Maine. We are excited to live in our coach and tour North America for a few years. Don retired as a Network Administrator and former game warden for the state of Maine and Jane is an RN, MSN and retired in April 2016.
Don is fairly good mechanically & DIY, after a 1st career in conservation law enforcement, 20+ year computer network administrator and an avid photographer. Jane is a good cook and talented quilter.
Quiet places with a view.
We lived Cumberland Maine for nearly 22 years until selling it to fulltime in our RV in July 2016. Don grew up near Portland Maine and Jane grew up in a small town to the NW of Concord NH.
Our rig is a 2008 41' Newmar Mountain Aire class A diesel pusher with 4 slides. The previous owner took excellent care and many people who have toured it mistake it for new. We tow a 2013 Jeep Grand Cherokee Limited.
We really enjoyed meeting Homeonwheels and hearing all about their plans. They were the perfect guest and we hope they come back and see us again. Please welcome them to your boondocking location-you will be glad you did.
