We love to travel the USA during our harsh Florida summers. We love to fly-fish and enjoy nature and wildlife. We also love learning the history of the interesting cities we're visiting and getting tips from the locals.
In 2016 we traveled to Washington state, enjoying many National Parks along the way, before heading down the Pacific Coast. We spent most of our time camping in National Parks and Forests.
In 2017 we explored the New England states.
In 2018 we visited Asheville, Nashville, Santa Fe and Taos, Colorado, Black Hills of SD, MN, Michigan’s UP.
In 2019 we visited north GA, NC, Gettysburg, VT, Chautauqua & Finger Lakes and back to NC and GA.
Not sure what 2020 will hold for us, but excited for the adventure.

Super kind and easy to host. Communicated clearly and promptly. I would gladly host them again.
PeterandSusan were thoughtful and considerate on their visit and we found them to be delightful guests! It was great to see how eagerly they explored the area, and the wide variety of their interests and activities. We welcome them back and heartily recommend them to potential BW hosts!
P&S spent two days with us. We enjoyed our evening talks about camping and touring different areas. You are welcome back anytime.
Glad to host Peter and Susan. Respectful and kind guests. Glad you were able to enjoy Petoskey! Best wishes on your travels!
Peterandsusan where excellent guests, didn't stay but a couple of nights, but did get to see the baby bear pretty much on demand. Super guests do not hesitate to host if you get a chance
Couldn’t have asked for any better guests for our first time hosting. Very pleasant couple with some good travel stories to tell!
Peter and Susan stayed overnight in our back yard and were great guests. We swapped some travel stories and were please to have them as guests. They are welcome back anytime.
We only chatted a short while, but very nice folks. We would gladly host them again!
and again a lovely experience with my visitors. Helped me with some heavy lifting, thank you.
Wish I had more time to get to know them but Peter and Susan are really nice people. Always welcome here.
Although we had a very short stay with our latest boondockers it was a pleasure.
We so enjoyed their enthusiasm and super friendly nature.
Like us they enjoy sharing travel experiences and good laughs.
We hope to connect again in the future.
They are mint!
My first "Boondockers Welcome" guests couldn't have been nicer, Peter and Susan were very friendly and I look forward to hopefully hosting them again. One of the reasons I joined Boondockers Welcome was to meet people and share travel info etc. I'm off to a good start!
We had the pleasure to host this couple for 1 night. We had a great time visiting and watching fireworks on the deck. They are very friendly and easy going. We would welcome them to our home any time.
