I live full-time in my 1990 VW Vanagon Syncro AdventureWagen. I am a retired RN; and I travel with cattle dog as my furry co-pilot. I rented out my townhouse in Tucson, AZ; got rid of ALL my junk; and have been a happy camper since 2012.
I dont *need* hook-ups but a 15 amp outlet and access to a water spigot would be lovely. It's a big bonus if you can share your internet conection; and have either 1) property that is safe for a dog on the loose; or 2) a fenced area for the pooch! If you also have a dog - mine loves to play:)
Intermediate Computer skills, and kinda geeky all round.
One dog, an australia cattle dog, or heeler, of the red variety, named RIGGS, 50 lbs, friendly, not a barker. He is good with kids, cats, and other dogs. Where ever I go, he goes.
I have camped every where, from stealth on the curb downtown L.A. to remote locations off the grid. My favorite place is in BIGFORK, MT, on my brothers 5 acres. It's dog heaven according to RIGGS!
I'm always traveling, but these are the places I call home: CA - SAUGUS ( now called Santa Clarita), the ANTELOPE VALLEY, SANTA ROSA, CHICO MT - WHITEFISH, KALISPELL, BIGFORK, MISSOULA AZ- TUCSON
