We are retired in our early 70s with 6 grandchildren. We do some travel, Jane scrapbooks and quilts while I have an airplane and like to do woodworking

Parker - Age 71, Retired from owning and managing commercial rentals, Own a 1946 Ercoupe airplane that I fly, Enjoy visiting with people and talking about politics.

Jane - Age 69, Spent most of her life as a homemaker, Loves to do quilting and scrapbooking.

We have been married 44 years, have a daughter age 38 with 4 girls ages 7 to 13, have a son age 48 with 1 boy age 12. We have a winter home in Tavares, Florida in which we spend January thru March each year. We enjoy traveling with a senior citizens group in our area and camping in our motorhome with our kids and a local Good Sam group. Neither we nor our children have found sports to be of any interest to us and therefore spend no time watching or viewing sports activities. We do like to visit with and meet new people.

Skills & Expertise to Share

I have lots of tools and can help those in distress with minor problems. I also have a friend who works on RVs and is usually willing to help someone in distress.

Favorite Boondocking Locations

We enjoy traveling most anywhere in our RV and especially like weekend camping with our local Good Sam group.

BehmsTroyOhio's Hometown

Troy, OH is a small town of about 25,000 people that is located about 17 miles north of Dayton, OH on I75. It is a very clean and safe community centrally located just 17 miles from Dayton, and 65 miles from Columbus and Cincinatti, OH. We have a Stawberry Festival every June that draws about 200,000 people. We also have a very vibrant and quaint downtown and lots of parks to enjoy.

BehmsTroyOhio's Rig

Rig Type: Class A

29 feet long

We have a 29' Winnebago Sunstar Class A Motorhome with a full slide and behind which we pull a Chevrolet Colorado. We purchased it in 2016 and it was the 8th RV and the 6th Motorhome that we have owned. After looking at many new ones, we finally found this one that fills our needs wonderfully now that I have re-worked most of it and tailored it to our desires.
