Love traveling, exploring new places, and meeting new friends. Also do a bit of geocaching.
We now have an inside cat that travels with us.

We are so happy to have been able to host this couple on their travels. We whiled away hours engrossed in great conversation. They even introduced us to wonderful bite of chocolately heaven called truffles. We'd be happy to host them again, and will definitely look them up the next time we're in their neck of the woods! I believe there's a craft brewery or two that need to be scoped out.
Very quiet visitors, will enjoy the thoughtful gift. Part of fun of family gatherings is getting there. Glad we were a part of that.
Steve and Julie stopped by on their way north last weekend. We didn't see much of them as they were on a whirlwind visit with their Grandkids who live near us. They stayed 3 nights and were excellent guests, and we look forward to meeting up with them again at some point. Bought us chocolate from Hershey Park! How good is that?
My hosts were awesome. Very welcoming, helped me to feel right at home. My first night there we had a fire and shared stories. They told me of interesting places in the area to visit. The next day they took me to Troy springs and showed me around. They were just really great people. I would highly recommend stopping there. Even if it's a little out of your way.
We missed this couple when we first arrived in Florida but, two weeks later, tried again. What luck! The lake is even prettier than in their photo and they gave us the spot with the best view! Then provided a campfire and we hit it off immediately and shared many an adventure story. Having paddled every river in Florida, they insisted we simply cannot leave Florida without a float down the nearby Ichetucknee River with the most pristine clear springs in the entire state! They even offered to provide livery if we could come back on Sunday but, sadly, after leaving we had a vehicle breakdown and missed the opportunity. We're hoping our "raincheck has no expiry date and now we'll just HAVE to come back on a future visit.
