Still living the cubicle life after 40+ years but I've cut back to 4 days a week. Doing what I love so not yet ready to call it quits. Get in two or three extended RV trips each year.

We were very pleased to host Richard and his wife. They were very polite and a fun to converse with. They arrived on time and kept us informed of their trip progress. Wished we would have had time to get to know them better but they stayed with us for one night. We would highly recommend them if they are passing through your location.
Had a wonderful short visit, enjoy visiting and getting to know each other,
We enjoy boondockers who are will to visit .thanks and safe travels
Great to have them here. Nice folks. We’d welcome them back again
Very pleasant, quiet spot. View of pasture outside. Our friendly hosts were very welcoming and kind. Thank you!
Dick and Carmen are wonderful hosts - so accommodating and situated in a lovely setting. Water and an extra long 30-amp extension provided - thank you! Looking forward to staying with them again next time we’re in town.
Quiet...peaceful stay with very gracious hosts...look forward to visiting with them again... Beautiful trip will remember a lifetime. Highly recommend staying there.
This was a perfect stop for us - a peaceful and quiet homestead and easy to access. Dick & Carmen are friendly and accommodating in every way. We genuinely enjoyed meeting them and hope to stay in touch. And it's true - the day starts with a big orange ball in the sky - gorgeous!
They are the kindness couple! Their place is quiet, the sunrises were breathtaking. My dogs got to visit the horses and had plenty of space to run and play. I was graciously allowed to shower. Wonderful visit, enjoyed talking about travels. It meant a lot to me as they showed an interest in my little trailer. Thanks again.
Richardisr are some of the most outstanding people we have met. Their hospitality, location, convieniences are truly excellent. Cocktail hour and the conversation and we all shared experiences that made us very comfortable and excited over many topics. Truly an evening to remember.
Waking to a beautiful sunrise in a quiet location was so relaxing.
Carmen is the perfect host she fulfilled all our needs. Thank you for your great hospitality and your kindness.
stayed a couple of nights, quiet sleeping smooth road in. drive a little tight. great people.
Had to make a stay in NC to assist with my mother living in Burlington. Richardisr are great people, fantastic hosts and in our case, really put up with alot. I could not give a better recommendation than if I were back in this area, they would be my first choice.
Thank you both for your time and hospitality.

The hosts were extremely nice and made us feel very comfortable. The place where you park is very scenic and quiet. Thank you for having us!!!!!!
The property was beautiful and we couldn't have been more pleased with our stay. They were amazing hosts and it felt like we were staying with family.
Three night stay went by too fast. Beautiful country setting and wonderful couple. Thanks richardisr!
After staying with Dick and Carmen for 5 nights I would not call them hosts. I would call them family! They treated our 6 kids like their own grandchildren. When we blew a tire about 45 minutes from their home they came out to pick me and the kids up while my husband waited for road side assistance. I could spend all day telling you the many ways they went above and beyond their role as hosts. Their land is beautiful too! I would highly recommend them as hosts :)
Dick and Carmen are not only gracious and caring hosts, but they are people who make visitors feel like they are a part of their family. The camp site is located on their beautiful ranch, next to where they board horses. This is a perfectly serene and restful place, and we strongly recommend it to RVers who need a day or two to "recharge their batteries".
