I started full time RVing 9 years ago. Left a 65 acre farm in the foothills of the Blue Ridge Mountains in Virginia. Beautiful place but no ocean.
I'm off to see the country one body of water at a time. I've got my kayak, my bike, my 2004 34' Winnebago Brave and not nearly enough places to boondock east of the Mississippi. Love the spots in the desert but can only stay there so long until I dry up with longing for the ocean. I'm pretty much of a loner, love to read, hike, kayak and just be in acres of the natural world. Want to kayak all the national wildlife refuges and get a little lost in as many national parks as I can. Love to email other solo rvers
Hmmmm I'm a great reader. :-) I can kayak. Hmmmm real skills. I'm a pretty good Vegan cook. Great organic gardener sans garden now. I was an English teacher and editor so I guess those are skills. As for computer skills, I can change out my keyboard and type 90 wpm. LOL. I can see how useless I am by trying to do this.
Not much to be had on the East coast or anywhere east of the Mississippi really as far as I can tell. It's all out west on BLM land and getting less available year by year as there are more and more rvers doing more and more damage to the land unfortunately.
Winnona the Brave is my 34' Winnebago Brave 2004. Class A. 2 slide outs. License plate: RV Dream. She's a BABE!
