Wife and I are retired. I was plant manager of Annin Flag Co. In Ohio for 20 years. We are real estate investors owning several single family homes. I'm a storyteller with a program called The Many Faces of Old Glory. I show over 20 historical flags and tell how we got our flag and how we got the United States. We love to travel and boondock across America doing my show when I can.
I'm a Public speaker and entertainer. Perform The Many Faces of Old Glory. On how we got our flag and how we got the United States. Somewhat handy with tools. My wife of 42 years is an excellent cook and huge animal lover. She loves plants and nature. We are both private people in our personal life. Totally satisfied being left alone but also will socialize. Non smokers not partyers.

We very much enjoyed having VaneScott, his wife, and dog companions come and stay with us. We had a very nice visit on the porch over a glass of wine. Vane has lived a rather interesting life and hearing the family's stories made for a great evening. VaneScott is welcome back any time and we do hope they stop back by.
Would have loved to had more time to spend with VaneScott. Super interesting guests and such happy and well behaved little dogs. Glad to have been able to finally get some time to chat with them over coffee and certainly hope to see them again! Enjoy your Journey!!
They stopped for a short stay turned into a longer one because of a breakdown we have enjoyed having them here very interesting to talk to about the flags they are welcome to stay as long as needed would welcome them back anytime
They were here, then gone. Low maintenance guests. Even had 3 small dogs.
VaneScott and his wife stayed at our host site a couple nights. We were away but invited them to still come and all seemed to work out fine. They communicated very well which, from our prospective, is very important. Would welcome them back if coming through the area again.
We enjoyed hosting them and had a nice conversation with them before they left on the Northren Michigan adventure.
Hope they come back again something.
