We run several Airbnbs near Joshua Tree National Park but are usually traveling during the summer (and at other ties too) in our travel trailer. We have a fully self-contained rig and are well-equipped to take care of ourselves. We have two small fluffy well-behaved and friendly dogs. Formerly urban, from New York City and London, we rub along well with most kinds of people and strive to be considerate and respectful.
Well... this is a tough one. One of us is a former CEO of a public tech company, and the other one was in public relations, so we have quite a few skills from our former lives but they don't really come into play with our boondocking life. We are getting pretty good at being self-sufficient, reading maps, repairing what breaks, and getting along with people. We also have some language skills (French) when that's required.
We have two small, very friendly, and well-behaved fluffy white doggies.
We spend most of our time on federal lands in the western US, either in the desert or national forests, depending on the weather. When we are in parts of the country with a fewer federal lands we love to visit private farms and other properties.
We run several Airbnbs in Twentynine Palms, California, right outside Joshua Tree National Park.

Shalamar Farm were pleased to be the FIRST to Host antonvc and their dogs (which we didn't see); they utilized water and 50amp. Great at communicating prior to arrival, enjoyed chatting on the porch while watching the sunset and the thrill of her FIRST time seeing lightening bugs! Shared garden veggies and freshly made lemon zucchini bread. Appreciated the encouragement and confidence they gave us to travel, now! Welcome back and hope our paths cross again!
