He's a retired school teacher and I'm not quite there yet, but blessed to be able to work remotely when necessary. We traded motorcycles for travel trailers when the first grandkid turned 6 and haven't looked back. Our traveling is limited to the southeast currently due to my work schedule, though we occasionally make it out to the mid-west. We love the outdoors, with kayaking and hiking at the top of the list, and make it a point to introduce the grands to both at every opportunity.

We have family with farm property in the Piedmont of NC and have boondocked there on many occassions. The rolling hills and pastures are breathtaking.
