So far most of boondocking is Walmart’s.
We were at a bit of a disadvantage at first, as they hadn't had their Covid vaccines. In the reverse, we, as an elderly pair in the dangerous age bracket and living so close to Toronto, had been staying mainly at home and masking when we went out. We did have good visits with them on our patio and provided them with a list of interesting things to see in the area. We would have loved to take them on a tour, but couldn't. We hope they will come back again soon, when either Covid is under control or they have been vaccinated. We had a lot of interests in common, still to be explored!
We enjoyed hosting Margaret and David and bunny "Ashes".
Nice to see people traveling around our own province at this point in time.
Their trailer was just able to back into our drive thanks to the expert driving skills of David!
Thank you for the wine and it was enjoyable chatting on the deck!
These folks were friendly, thoughtful and enthusiastic. They travel with a very pretty pet rabbit (and anyone who does that has to be extra kindhearted :) !
It was great to be able to host this couple for a four night stay. They were keen to check out the surrounding region and pretty quiet and laid back otherwise. Shared some wonderful stories when we spent some time together over a couple of evenings. Look forward to catching up with them sometime when we are out their way. Welcome back anytime!
