I recently moved up from a small pickup truck camper to a 19' Travel Trailer. I plan on working from my trailer this year. I'm involved in a HiTech company that builds and sells Digital Modulators for the TV boradcast industry. I travel extensively for work and want to try driving rather than flying this year. My travels will be everywhere east of the Mississippi, Maine to Florida and the Southwest.
I'm a bit of a gadget geek. My trailer is totally set up for "Off The Grid" boondocking. Solar, Batteries, Long Range WiFi, Long Range Cellular.
I tow with a totally modified 2006 Dodge diesel 2500 pick up. Lots of technology and modifications.
Most of my camping with Boondockers will be one or two nights. I'll need to be in relative proximity to metro areas as that is where most of my clients operate.
Hobbies include hiking and fishing, Kayaking, Motorcycle Touring, Woodworking, Machine Work/Welding
Looking forward to meeting like minded folks on the road.
