Self employed contractor, I love to ride a motorcycle, and am looking forward to future traveling with a toy hauler.
I'm still new at this,

From the moment we arrived, these hosts were very friendly. They took us around the region on motorcycle. We had some nice discussions. Very quiet site, with a superb view. Thank you again for your hospitality.
BPatterson are warm and gracious hosts. We were made to feel at home from the moment we arrived, and enjoyed a great time of visiting and sharing stories. We may have arrived as boondockers, but left as friends. Thank you so much for the enjoyable stay.
What's better on a hot day than a drink on a breezy porch with interesting hosts watching the sun set?
Hosts were exceedingly congenial, thoughtful and generous with their facilities. A large property with a great view. A wonderful introduction to Boondockers Welcome for us.
Now , after two visits , we can say with even more certainty that this host’s location is wonderful and their friendliness upon our first encounter wasn’t a fluke . We would have no hesitation to stay there again if the opportunity arises.
Country living at its finest! Our hosts welcomed us with open arms, figuratively speaking, of course (still in Covid times). We stayed 2 nights, and came and went as necessary, no check-in necessary. :)
The million dollar view did deliver, with a glorious sunset over our camper. We were invited to sit with them on their deep porch, visiting and watching the sky change colour over the mountains. We talked about butter tart recipes and building the house and always the Covid stories. The next door neighbours' horses watched us, cows lowed in the background, and the coyotes sent us scooting to our beds. A fresh breeze sprung up and kept us cool all night.
Our east-facing bedroom window displayed a glorious sunrise long before 5:00 a.m. (very close to the summer solstice now). We enjoyed a leisurely coffee, overlooking the pretty Beaver Valley Mountains, and started our day at Ravenna Country Market. (our appetites for butter tarts had been whetted, and the market DID indeed deliver). We spent most of the day in Collingwood, and returned after another glorious sunset behind the Silos. Fireflies snapped in the ditches on our way through the country roads, and lightening lifted the dark clouds in the horizon. As we settled into bed, the breeze caught the wind chimes on the porch, and we silently wished a goodnight's sleep to the lovely couple who hosted us.
Thank you, guys, for such a peaceful little get-a-away! You are much appreciated, and exactly what Boondocking is all about!
This is a really great place to boondock with nice views , quietness and endless breezes that keep the bugs away. But by far the most important are the very welcoming hosts that went far above and beyond anything that should be expected by a guest.
We would highly recommend this site as a stop over in your travels.
