Young Retired Couple

Active Guest

Do you know or have you hosted this user?

Early 60 year old, open minded, environmentally conscious, married couple touring the country while we are young enough. If water or electricity are available we will be glad to compensate you for it. Retired Engineer & Financial advisor. Hobbies - stained glass, wood working, gardening, floral design and bee keeping. We love all kinds of animals, every ones children and an occasional nice glass of wine.

Skills & Expertise to Share

wow great question, we are both DIY people so we know how to do a little bit of a lot of things and love to swap how to information with people: van customization, wood working, trailer repair (we rebuilt and glamped up a vintage 1972 Serro Scotty camper), bee keeping.

Another great guest

We sure do get some great guests through BW, and this couple was certainly no exception. We enjoyed getting to know them, and hope they will return now that they know we're an ideal distance away from their home.

Nice couple with puppies

I really enjoyed our conversations about gardening and beekeeping. Hopefully they’ll come back some day to continue it!

Nice couple 1st timer’s for boondockers welcome!

Very nice couple who recently retired. We enjoyed their stay and even went out to eat with them. They toured the area and seemed to enjoy it. We sat and shared stories about travels and camping. We talked about kids and grandkids. There was a slight skirmish with the neighbors cat. But no bloodshed . They are welcome here anytime.
