I am retired (2011 from teaching in a Technical School) and new to camping. Happily married (44 years) and hopeful of seeing this great country of ours. I have visited our Canadian neighbors only once and I am looking forward to future visits. We love to travel by car and see interesting things, staying at motels and using time shares. I bought a travel trailer two years ago and we have camped in it 4 times, usually within 250 miles of where we live. We have not visited the north-west USA as of yet and we are considering travel with our trailer. We have visited several conferences (Southwide Baptist C, The Sword of the Lord C., The Friends of Israel C. and a Civil War Renactment in Virginia) and have throughly enjoyed these fellowships. We do not drink alcohol, use profanity, drugs or partisipate in things that would bring reproach to the church and our faith. I'm old fashioned and am saddened by the direction of our country and our society. I know that we have good, faithful, grassroots, people in our country because I have met them, but things are not what they use to be. I have taught my children (and grand children), students, and sunday school classes to be good, contributing, thankful, and respectful neighbors whos word is our bond. We respect people's property and believe in leaving our trail in better shape than when we arrived. I was glad to find this website and I hope that it is what it appears to be, my kind of people.
I have just joined the BPOE and I am learning about their community services.

I am pulling a self contained travel trailer (2005 Gulf Stream (18' Streamlite)) with a 2010 GMC 1500 (navy blue) pick-up truck. I do my own maintenance and like to keep things in great shape.
