Hard working in career, home and hobbies that I pursue to mostly practical ends. Enjoy being home, having family around, and making home a wonderful place to be. I dont make the kind of time for social life that most people seem to do, but I have come to enjoy meeting and helping out campers that rent a site from us through more of a rental service, so I thought I'd try offering lodging through this arrangement since we are well situated for it.
I enjoy discussing interests and concerns

yes. A livestock guard dog that we tie up when guests are around, ~35 free-range birds including chickens, turkeys and ducks, plus one rabbit that we keep in the house. If I ever travelled I dont see myself taking any of them with me
I'm new to this and only know about the site that I offer
Ken is a great host, helped us back our 30' Class C into a quiet spot on a hill. Water and 30A was nice. There are roosters; I'll leave that for you to decide if that's a plus or minus. They're cooped until mid morning away from the camp site.
There is a very cool winery and very cool brewery within a 20 minute drive. Both allow dogs. Nice regional park for paddling and Bull Run Battlefield for hiking and history.
Overall a nice place. UNHOOK your tow vehicle at the beginning of Duck Road!
Maui the poultry guard dog is a pleasant fellow. He and our old dog got along well.
Ken greeted us and helped us get settled in. The property is gorgeous and it feels like you you are in the middle of nowhere, yet you are minutes from amenities. Highly recommend!
A very quiet spot back in the woods. A but tricky to get to, but worth it. And a pond just down the hill! Gracious host, electric and water available, and they had too many eggs from their chickens and gave me a half dozen!
