I am from Marietta, Georgia which is in the northwest metro Atlanta area. I own a couple of pieces of land available for boondocking in Aragon, Georgia and Rio Rancho, New Mexico which is near Albuquerque.
The land in Aragon, Georgia has a temporary electric pole connection and an outdoor water spigot available for hookup.
The land in Rio Rancho, New Mexico is about 900 yards from other houses and utilities but I don't currently have anything run to the property so it is currently completely off-grid camping.
I recently bought a brand new compact lightweight 2015 Eureka Adventurer camper travel trailer. It has a table and bench seats which convert into a bed. It has air conditioning, interior and exterior lights, and can hook up to an electric outlet for power. It also has a microwave, mini-fridge, porta-potty, propane stove, and sink with 5 a 5 gallon tank for freshwater and a 2.5 gallon tank for grey water. It has a storage unit on the front of the trailer which can also be used to hold a generator. There is also a roof rack to be able to store extras.
Let me know if you're interested in staying on my land for a couple of nights and I'll sign you up. Thanks!
I have my masters degree in music composition. I'm not sure how that will help but I will list it just in case. :)
I'm not sure yet but I hope to find out soon.
