We purchased our RV in April 2012 and left in July 2012 for our first RV adventure. Over the course of ten trips in our RV, we have travelled for over 2 1/2 years and have visited 9 Provinces and 40 States.
We both enjoy walking and hiking. James also enjoys Ice Hockey, Pickle Ball/Squash, Scuba Diving, Sailing, Snowboarding and White Water Kayaking. After being on a waiting list for ten years, James kayaked the Colorado River, through the Grand Canyon, on a sixteen day private trip. Two years later he kayaked it again, on another sixteen day private trip.
Rufus, (aka Mr Rufie, Rufie Pufie) our 17 year old cat, travels with us and enjoys daily walks and smelling new places.
We like to travel anywhere our RV will take us.
We live in Surrey, British Columbia, Canada. Leanne has always lived in the Metro Vancouver area and James has lived here for 43 years.
Our RV is named Wandering May, after Leanne's mom. It is a 2012 Coachman 21QB Class C. It is 23 1/2' from bumper to bumper and does not have slide outs.
wonderful guests, would be happy to host them any time
Refreshing to see new faces, and time for a (covid) friendly chat. WanderingMay is welcome back anytime.
We caught up with L & J as they were about to leave and spent some time chatting at a Social Distance. Discovered that we had friends in common !
Would welcome them back anytime!
Nice to meet and chat with these folks and my husband even picked up some good info on the storage of bikes in a similar C class as ours. Thx for that. Happy travels and come again anytime.
Happy trails to you. K.
Enjoyed hosting WanderingMay at arms length. Such is life’s new reality. Respectful and quiet. No hesitation is recommending.
WanderingMay only stayed 1 night while passing through, but communication was great when plans changed and we would welcome them back!
We had two enjoyable visits with WanderingMay. A brief one on their way east and then again on their way back home.
On their way back home we got to share a meal and spend some time talking and talk we did! It was neat to learn a bit about them and get to share some stories. I got a tip or two on RV mods and some cooking tips! :-)
We will gladly host them again.
WanderingMay did not require much and kept themselves busy in their plans.
We enjoyed meeting and hosting WanderingMay. They were pleasant and quiet, we hardly knew they were in our driveway! We had great communication with them and would not hesitate to have them stay again!
