We are retired.
Husband is a retired Marine and retired from Customs.
I retired in May of 2020 from 20 years as an EMT.
We traveled quite a bit due to being in Military and with Customs. Tho we just got our RV in 2019. It is a 1993 Allegro 32 feet long.
No special skills.
We have three cats and two Corgi's. The cats have been on the road with us last year.
Our first experience with the two Corgi's turned out great. Cats are easy, they just go hide.
We live the small town of Clark, South Dakota just off of Highway 212. We are 33 miles west of Watertown, South Dakota which is just off I-29.

Friendly hosts. Enjoyed our stay. Would definitely stay again!
The most pleasant stay we've had in a while. These folks were very accommodating and we so enjoyed their hospitality... DELICIOUS... Plenty of space for any rig and toad. A quiet and respectable neighborhood. Two of the cutest and goofiest corgis pups... VERY ENTERTAINING... What more can we say, this stay ranks pretty high on our list.
Our stay was short but sweet. They made us feel very welcomed, met us when we arrived and showed us where to park. They were very friendly and we had fun chatting with them. Would love to stay again when we are in the area!
It was true joy to stay here. The spot was very easy to access and they even provided a 30amp power cord with their own surge guard attached. The hosts were very easy to talk to and pleasurable ta boot!!!
Loved it here!
Definitely have noted and will be back to stay with these great people!
Very large, level and grassy area that feels like a park! Clark is a very nice little town and it started to feel like home by the end of our stay.
Hosts were amazing! We're still enjoying the fresh veggies she gifted us. Great communication and even though we were in their yard, were very conscious about giving us our space. Initially booked for 3 days but stayed 2 more because it was so safe and comfortable.
The hosts were there to help guide us on to their space with power in hand!
They also, communicated with us several times prior to our arrival. Thank you!!!
Had an amazing eye opening stay with our Hosts ! They filled us coffee, delicious herbs and veggies, and even gifted us a few books ! Unfortunately we only stayed one night but we’re looking forward too coming back out for another stay :)
Very nice couple, clean and well maintained yard.
We had a flat tire when we arrived and they were very helpful in referring us to an auto store and also using tools to fix it.
This is a very quite place to stop for the night. Nice little town. The host was very helpful and it was a good spot.
Shady, level, quiet area. Our hosts were so gracious and delightful. We had a great visit, sharing stories and information on the area and camping. Hope to come this way again. One of the best places in Western South Dakota.
We had a great time in Clark, SD. Very lovely, helpful couple and friendly dogs! The town was very quiet and friendly. Would definitely stay again :)
