We are a family with a taste for adventure. Our two-year RV journey has been focused on learning American history and geography first-hand, while experiencing the great outdoors. Our kids, aged 13 and 11, have their own travel blog at TurtleTells.com. It's a big part of their homeschool curriculum. We enjoy culture, food, the outdoors, movies, and...did we mention food?
We have a teenage son, which means he can help you with your computer or cell phone. Our daughter is an excellent seamstress. Dad works with wayward teens, and Mom can cook shrimp & grits, Hatteras Island style.
We love boondocking in all of the West. It's so easy to just pull over and stop for the night! We spent last January in the Florida Keys, May in Cape Cod, June in Maine, and July in North Dakota.
The mom is from Helper, Utah. The dad is from Cullowhee, North Carolina.
We drive a 2006 28' class C, towing a Jeep Cherokee. Dad drives separately and has a van.
