My wife and I live in Murray Harbour, PEI about 45 minutes from Charlottetown, the provincial capital. We make our asphalt driveway available to an RV guest. We have a 20 amp outlet for RV power. PEI is a beautiful place to visit!
Hospitality, gardening, computer, good listeners,
We have no pets, but we welcome RV-ers who do.
We travel to southern Mississippi in December, 2500 miles from PEI, looking for boondocking sites along the way.

Siebrands and his lovely wife have stayed with us as they travel back and forth from PEI to Mississippi. They are always welcome guests.
Always look forward to seeing them again. Fun couple and they love our dogs.
The Siebrand's are delightful. We really enjoyed their visit and look forward to them coming back.
Would not hesitate to host this couple again, very pleasant, short overnight stay in frigid weather, wish I had more time to socialize a little, maybe next time.
Most enjoyable people. Seems like we have been friends forever. You are welcome to return anytime. Besides that our dogs approve big time.
Say yes to these fine folks. Easy to have around, interesting conversations and great bread makers (loaf and pudding). Hope they will stop by again.
These people have visited with us twice and we look forward to seeing them again this year.
They were are first guest since joining in July of 2012. My wife and I were working the voting poles the day they arrived so I made a quick trip home to help them get situated before returning to the poles. We did not have much time to talk but our little dog Simon made up with them very quickly. It was a good first experience for us and I would recommend them as campers for anybody to host.
They were our very first guest since joining in 2012. The day they arrived it was raining again. So after about a 20 minute visit in our shed, we were able to get them hooked up to electric. There were tornado warnings 150 miles south of us, but thank GOD that severe weather did not come our way. They had a wonderful, quiet night's sleep as we are 2 miles from town out in Mennonite farm country. Next morning they got some directions to the grocery store and to Nolechek Meats, the very best hams, bacon, and sausage in town and the USA. We would highly recommend Siebrands to any other member. They are pleasant, friendly and neat. Mexican Train
Stayed with the Siebrands for one night to refresh and recoup before leaving PEI on the ferry. Very welcoming and helpful couple who made our stay wonderful. Hope to see them again on our travels. Loved PEI! Thanks again for the hospitality.
This is a lovely place to stop - quiet, good walking, dog parks(!). Our hosts were most helpful and welcoming in their beautiful garden. Thank you for the use of your large pot so I could steam fresh mussels! Mmmh!! Lynda and Dean and Zack the Jack
Siebrands is a great guy and encouraged his neighbours to host us. They were so hospitable, going the extra mile to give us gifts (they are so creative on the island) and make us feel comfortable and at home (watching TV while the laundry was on, etc). Thank you so much and we look forward to hosting you when you visit England! :-)
We spent two nights with the Siebrands recently and thoroughly enjoyed their hospitality. Our dog, Spike was welcomed with open arms. The social hour was fun and we got to know our hosts better. We highly recommend adding the Siebrands to your boondocking plans.
We stayed with Siebrands the 2nd week in June (multiple family emergencies preempted writing until now). He went out of his way to make sure we had power, changing power cords and locations multiple times. 5 o'clock is "conversation" hour, with neighbors and guests getting together for some good times. Murray Harbor is a quiet little town with a good restaurant, store and safe walking. The Trans Canada bike trail is 5 minutes from their house, making riding our bikes very easy. We love Canada and this couple embrace the best part!
What a pleasure it was to meet these wonderful host members in person, after reading all the positive comments from the many members they have hosted. During our visit, they mentioned one of the reasons they moved to PEI was the great, caring, and helpful nature of the people who live here. Based on our experience as their guests, this couple fits right in on the island.
Description of place is accurate. They were very helpful with getting us connected to the local attractions and welcoming us to the community. An excellent spot to stop to experience PEI.
I spent two delightful days with my kind Hosts on the beautiful Prince Edward Island. They have a very cute, attractive and cozy home located only two blocks from the harbor. I parked my fifth wheel in their driveway, and Larry kindly hooked me up to a 15 amp electric connection. We enjoyed a meal together, several glasses of wonderful wine, and many hours of conversation. I highly recommend Larry and Wendy (my Hosts), and thoroughly enjoy meeting them as well as Wendy's 92-year-old mother. I am so grateful for their generous hospitality!
First Boondockers stay, boy have we been missing. Walking with Wendy to local farmers market, one of the best parts of the day. Maybe the second best after chowing down on local fresh corn, Larry kindly brought us. Best time to visit when all on this part of island is in season. Living on veggies would be no problem around here. Thanks for creating our first Boondockers with your hospitality John & JoAyne Elbert
What a lovely stay we had! We were made to feel a part of the family. Larry took us down to the docks to buy fresh fish, and they recommended a wonderful cafe for dinner. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay here.
We had a great encounter. Thank you Larry and Wendy for all the help. All the offering made us at ease! It is really fun to stay with you. Diane and Carole
We had a wonderful time with Wendy and Larry! They were very helpful and generous with their time. They live in a beautiful little town on PEI. I hope we get to see them again someday!
