The winter months I spend in the warm climate of Arizona. But in March/April I am "on the road". Either in Alaska, Canada or Mexico. I have traveled many times up and down and from East to West the whole West of the United States. This year (2015)I was in the East. From Arizona to Texas, Louisiana, Alabama, Mississippi (Natchez Trail),Tennessee, North Carolina (Blue Ridge Parkway) Virginia, Washington, D.C., Maryland, West Virginia, Kentucky, Ohio, Indiana, Illinois, Missouri, Kansas, Colorado and then back to Arizona. A fabulous trip. I am very adventurous. The United States are such a beautiful country with so many interesting places to see and explore. I am a Arizona permanent resident, but my nationality is German. I am a German citizen with a green card (permanent resident). I live in the United States since 2002 and enjoy every day of it. The RV life-style is so wonderful. One day I am at the ocean, another day in the mountains, then at lakes, then I have glaciers in front of me and meet interesting people. But I also enjoy being by myself in the forests or deserts, only surrounded by nature and their creatures. Often a week or two or longer. I feel never lonely. I feel comfortable in my own company. Specially because I have my little dog around me. He is my co-pilot.
Talking about my travels and knowing a lot of beautiful places to share. I am not an amazing cook, not good with mechanic tools or computer savvy.
There are so many. I like Utah very much. All the National Parks in the South West. Bryce Canyon, Grand Canyon, Monument Valley, Zion, Capitol Reef, Arches. In Colorado the Rocky Mountain National Park, Great Sand Dunes, the California, Oregon and Washington Pacific Coast. The Glacier National Park. And recently the Natchez Trail and Blue Ridge Parkway with the Appalachian Mountains. I could go on and on.
Casa Grande, Arizona. Between Phoenix and Tucson.
