I'm recently retired and my wife and I just purchased a 2005 Roadtrek 190 Popular. We have been married for 40 years and have two rescue dogs: Bella and Dexter. We have lived in Salem, MA for over 16 years. We intended to enjoy a trip across the U.S. this spring while relocating to the west coast.
But the best laid plans seem to go astray. My wife has accepted a job in California and now I will be driving the RV across country with Bella, Dexter, and my wife's cousin (he'll help with the driving, the dogs are only good at navigating). We are still planning on seeing some of the country we've yet to explore and meet new folks along the way.
Planning trips, cooking, and playing golf.
This trip will cover the northern route across the U.S. including upstate New York, Ohio, Indiana, Illinois, Wisconsin, Minnesota, South Dakota, Wyoming, Montana, Idaho, Washington State, and Oregon.
Up in the air right now, but I was born in New York, grew up in Florida, and spent 12 years in Anchorage, AK and 16 Years in Salem, MA with stays in Iowa, Louisiana, Tennessee, Georgia, and California. No Longer up in the air, have just purchased new home in Petaluma, CA.
