We really enjoyed hosting Shelly. She was delightful and very interesting. She is more than welcome to come visit us again. Learned a lot from her.
ShellyE stayed with us for 3 nights. She was friendly and quiet. She seemed to have many plans so we didn't spend a lot of time together, but we would certainly welcome her to stay again.
Shelly stayed at my place for six nights the end of July 2015. She was a wonderful guest, very quiet and a great cook! I have a vacation rental on my property and she pitched in without me asking to help get the cabin ready for new guests. We shared several meals together and if she is ever in the area again, she is very welcome to come by any time. Patty
ShellyE was a great guest to have, hope to see you again some time. When we hit the road we plan on stopping to see you. You were our first Boondocker, hope they are all like you! Zig
Good spot for one night stay. Host is friendly kind, on our arrival we received a bag of oranges as a welcome gift.
Excellent host! Our Gps was confused. Not sure if gos co ordinates would help...
Shelly was a great host! She greeted us and offered electric, if needed. Beautiful lot across from grapefruit orchard in the country.
... Words I would use to describe ShellyE. An amazing host, a kind person, a smart cookie. I slept like a baby in the still of the country. Yet, so close to town that I rode my bike along the quiet road that parallels the main road right to Publix! Thank you ShellyE!
We planned on staying a night and ended up staying 4 nights with Shelly. She is very sweet and very inviting. We were surprised to find a big fruit bag on our door step when we arrived late one night :) this place is a great spot to relax and escape the touristy Florida and have good conversations with a fellow rver :)
I spent 3 nights at Shelly's while shooting a conference at nearby Disney. She was friendly and helpful getting me settled in - even with tornadoes approaching. I look forward to another visit !
Looking for an amazing host in central Florida, look no further. Surrounded by orange groves, the spot is peaceful and quiet, and the host is gracious and discrete. An avid RV person the host was happy to share stories with us. As a bonus, we found a bag of the local crop with each variety labeled for us to know what we were enjoying. We will be sure to stop in when we are in the region.
What a great place to camp. She guided us to her property and entertained each other with stories. Thank you for the hospitality, as I will put you on my favorites list.
Shelly is one of those kind hearted people that you are fortunate to run into every so often. Actually most people are thoughtful but she is way beyond that. We felt welcomed and well, like family. My wife became ill and Shelly was right there to help. Her concern and warmth radiate from her in everything she does. Her front yard is a little slanted and big rigs would have a difficult time. But we fit fine and would gladly stay with Shelly again.
We had an amazing boondocking experience at shellye's the place was gorgeous. Lots of beautiful trees! She was super friendly and the first night we had a bonfire. Sadly, I had already began making dinner or we would have enjoyed a meal with her. Would love to return to the quiet, beautiful area again. Thank you.
Shelly was able to stay at our place in Colorado for a night in the summer. We got to know each other and had a great visit. Then, when I was in Florida I was able to spend the night at her place! So quiet out there in the orchards! What an adventurous, friendly lady! Janice
What can I say? ShellyE is generous to a fault, kind thoughtful, resourceful, and she taught me something about my motorhome. I've never been made to feel so welcome - almost anywhere! Her home is, well, out in the boondocks - but not at all hard to find. Its QUIET, peaceful, and the stars at night... Gosh. Thanks ShellyE!
