Active environmentalist with an art background who loves hiking and kayaking. I serve on the board of a local environmental organization. Pre-Covid I organized sea kayaking trips in Italy for more that 20 years. We have a native plant garden, and I enjoy birdwatching.
Ocean kayaking, bird watching, local attractions. Visual art and photography.
Not at this time. Though I do love dogs.
We're just getting started as boondocks and hope to spend time in the Southwest and Northwest.
I was born in Chicago and raised in Evanston Illinois. I moved to California in 1978 and have been living in Moss Beach for more than 20 years.
NuCamp [email protected] Boondock teardrop trailer. Trailer is 16 ft.
I meet the nicest people on Boondockers.com.
Coastsider travelers were so helpful and pleasant I can't impress how very nice they were to extend their kindness to myself and my fur babies. Looking at my repaired extension cord and the empty ground where my berry bushes once lived will always remind me of Coastsider❤
After all the visitors we've had (31 groups last year) this couple arrived in a Tesla pulling a 16' Tab trailer. First time we've seen that. They were very friendly, respectful and it was quite enjoyable chatting with them! Glad they had such a good time hiking at least 3 trails and sightseeing here in the Carson Valley. They're welcome back anytime down the road.
Quiet and friendly, would host again. Didn’t get a chance to visit due to running errands.
Great stay. Thank you for the delicious grapefruit and all your helpful tips on things to do in the area!
It was absolutely wonderful staying outside of our host's home. They were both so welcoming and hospitable. The neighborhood is beautiful and right on the water with plenty of trails close by. The host has a rich knowledge of the local flora and fauna and it was great chatting with her. Would definitely stay here again!
