Full time Rvers; living in a 45' Tiffin Bus; retired Poultry; cattle farmer and Dog Breeder. Had to move from our farm because of husband's allergy to something in the air; chemical that causes his throat to swell. So we are now on 10 acres; 3 miles from our farm and enjoying not having any obligations. :-) Billy Joe; hubby; loves to piddle in his shop, I have never seen anything he can't do. I'm house keeper, chief cook and bottle washer. I enjoy cooking, working with my flowers, crafting and just being lazy when I want to be.
Billy Joe has a nice shop in which he has welder; mechanic tools; wood working tools; etc. He is a wealth of knowledge. He can pretty much do anything; I also enjoy piddling with him. He has a woodmizer portable sawmill. When we have dead pine trees; he makes lumber. We just plain enjoy staying busy as our bodies will allow. Our days are short; we love sitting under the porch; bird watching and enjoying the flowers in the yard. I crochet some; and enjoy cooking.
Don't have any but love them.
Crystal Springs is a nice little town with some good restaurants and fast food about 6 miles from our place. It was the tomato capital of the world in it's hey day. Pretty little town nice folk. Walmart is 15 miles out. Jackson MS and big ticket stores about 20 miles.

We enjoyed our stay, the hosts were friendly and invited us to sit on the patio for some socialization. The area is easy to get to, the driveway is good. You can pick out your spot, it was level with full hookup if needed, Very peaceful, park-like setting. We stayed for 2 nights.
Hosts are good people, very helpful, interesting and great conversation. The site is excellent and the area is quiet, While Ida passed by we had good evenings with friendly people. Some good travel stories here!
I needed a place to stay after being evacuated because of Hurricane Ida. They are great! Level site. Full hookups if needed. I was able to get all satellites on Dish Network. I had to Stat one more day, because of the storm. No problem. A great place to stay!
We really enjoyed our stay! Host and Hostess were very friendly and we enjoyed visiting with them. Easy in and out (we have a 15 foot trailer and truck) We had a wonderful dinner at a local fish place.
This was our first time using Boondockers welcome and we weren’t sure what to expect. Our host could not have been nicer and accommodating. It was a very peaceful and beautiful place to stay the night. Next time we come through that way we are definitely going to stay there again.
This was our Second stay here & the Farm was a welcome site as we entered through the gate. All the day’s long drive was now behind us & we could relax surrounded by majestic tall pines. We enjoyed our evening chats with our Hosts on the porch & it felt like we were visiting longtime friends. These are people who show you what Southern Hospitality is all about & they are what make BW such a special way to travel for us! We hope to stop by on our travels again for as many times as they will have us.
We had a wonderful time with hosts as we sat outside in the evening and watched the birds. Highly recommended!!
Appreciated the peaceful green surroundings after a very long day of driving. Enjoyed a nice chat with our hosts before retiring for night. Hosts were super friendly and made us feel right at home. Would definitely stay there again!
We had a fantastic time making friends with some of the finest people we have met. When we arrived as guests the Hosts were very accommodating and made sure we had everything we needed and showed us were everything was, but by the time we left we can’t think of them as Hosts, now we consider them our dear friends! We loved their place and hope see them again !
We had a great one night stay and the host were great. Easy to find with full hook-up 50 amp service. There was plenty of room for our 12 year old grandson to get out and hit his baseball. We enjoyed visiting with the host and left feeling like we made new friends. 😀 We definitely will be staying there again.
Franmc and her husband were just wonderful. We enjoyed their place and the fabulous company. So glad our first boondocking experience was with them! They are so sweet our shy little dog took to them right away we couldn’t believe it!
Great first Boondockers experience! Fran and Billy Joe could not have been more welcoming hosts. Their property is beautiful and very peaceful. They have full hook ups and are more than happy for you to use them. It’s convenient to Jackson Mississippi if you have business there.
We had a great stay! Loved visiting with the hosts and watching the birds. It is quiet and peaceful and the parking space is level. We will stay again if we are in the neighborhood. Thanks!
Pretty location among the woods. Very welcoming and accommodating, personable. Plenty of level area We were invited to return next time we're in the region, and we would be glad to.
The family and friends found here were wonderful! Off the beaten path and nestled in the pines! Truly made us feel like we had come home. There’s no place that can do southern hospitality like the wonderful families in the south! We truly enjoyed our afternoon and evening! Thank you for having us!
We had a short one night stay. Greeted so warmly & it was such a great setting relaxing on their porch sharing conversation surrounded by tall pines, beautiful flower gardens & birds. It made a perfect end to our long day’s drive. We would love to stop and visit again! Maybe we will even see each other in our travels. These are the people that are what make BW a great way to travel!
First, Franmc are great hosts. They really helped me in getting to their place and in setting up. They are not very far from the highway so it is a very convenient place to stop. It was also easy to get parked and situated especially with their help. Then I spent time sitting and visiting with Fran. Such a nice lady and yes, Fran, you do make the best hush puppies! If I am ever through their way again, I will definitely stop just so I can see them again!
Had a great one night stay. Wish we could have stayed longer.
A great couple. Very accommodating. Amazing workshop where it looks like anything is possible. Would love to visit again.
Thank you Both for your hospitality. Me and Hershey enjoyed our stay and chatting with y’all. love the pines even the Rain and thunder. Would recommend for any other Boondockers to stop and sit a spell.
My wife and I arrived at about 2:00pm local time at exactly the time we had stated. We communicated with them a few minutes before our arrival. The welcoming committee was waiting at the entrance to guide us in entering the property and getting set up.
There was ample space for our Bounder 35 ft. long; placed our tow dolly on the grassy area and our car by our coach. We visited with them and chatted about our RV travel experience. Thank you Franmc for a peaceful time among the tall pine trees with full hookup. It was a very pleasant stay and look forward to coming back, some day.
This was my first boon docking and it did not disappoint. They were very helpful and made my stay very comfortable. I enjoyed sitting talking with them and others staying with them. I too shared a meal with them. I'm planing on making a return visit in the future.
Incredible hosts! We enjoyed our time chatting on the patio and even got to share a delicious home cooked meal with them and a couple fellow travelers. What a treat. We had everything we needed and all the help we could ask for, plus great conversation. One of my
favorite stays for sure.
What a fun fun couple! They are so much fun and a wealth of information!! Great spot to hook up the bus! We will definitely stay with Francis and Billy Joe again! Highly recommend!!!
