I retired early at age 58 and sold everything. And started traveling the world with a friend-4.5 years, 98 countries. The corona virus situation brought me back home to the USA. I went a family member's vacant farmhouse in Virginia for what I thought would be 8 weeks. Eleven months later (March 2021), I am hitting the road in a small Class B RV-solo now. I have three years roughly mapped out and look forward to seeing our great country. I'm quiet and tidy. I had highest ratings as a guest on AirBnB. Will start racking up good reviews here soon. Looking forward to meeting you and enjoying your hospitality. Thanks in advance.
Owned my own internet-based real estate referral company for years, raised funds for public charities and was President of a community foundation, but not sure what I could share beyond my business management skills.
Looking forward to my first. When internationally wandering, I slept in over 300 beds Looking forward to exploring A LOT of boondocking sites too.
Grew up in Roanoke Rapids, NC. Have lived in Raleigh, Burlington, Oak Island, Rocky Mount (all in NC) and in Fort Lauderdale, FL (which feels most like "home") and Greenwood, SC. Now I am "home-free" with a permanent address in Raleigh, NC.

We enjoy meeting new people and Mark was the perfect first Boondockers guest. Definitely someone that we would enjoy spending more time getting to know. Respectful, pleasant, laid back. We would welcome this guest back anytime
This boobdocker is always welcome to return for another visit.
Great visit w/ jmarkkasper. We had a couple of chances to chat and had a lot in common. Smooth visit.
Mark is the perfect guest. Our interactions were brief and very pleasant. I hope he finds his way back sometime!
jmarkkasper was a gentleman, very quiet and considerate. It was a pleasure meeting and talking to him. He is welcome back anytime. I wish him much luck in his travels.
