We retired from teaching (Kathy) and self employment involving designing and building things (Clint.) We spent two years in the Peace Corps, serving in Belize, working with the Garifuna community. Now we travel in our 25 ft Class C Navion many months each year, building with the Care-a-Vanners, a group affiliated with Habitat for Humanity. We build for two weeks, explore for awhile, visit grandkids and build again. We love the freedom, have met wonderful people who have become good friends, and enjoy diviating from our plans frequently.
Anywhere we can get away from traffic, enjoy the night sky, listen to the coyotes and enjoy nature and a good book.
We have a 2016 25 Ft Class C Itasca Navion with a side and rear end slide. We tow an 85 jeep.
We are so delighted when this couple comes to visit! Wolfeboro is a great place to be in the summer and we are so glad these folks got to enjoy the concerts in the park. We love our chats at night around the campfire. Sad to see them leave but we know we've made friends for life and will see them again in our travels.
These two wonderful people are welcome to our home anytime! Our campfire chats with them have been such a pleasure! They are very clean, neat, and respectful of our property. We are still new to rv-ing, just 3 years part time, and they have been very willing to share their knowledge and past experiences. We'll be exchanging ideas and plans until we both travel to Alaska next year hopefully we can rendezvous. Our new friends have been a blessing and we are grateful for their generosity!
These Folks are such a pleasure to have as guests. They have been very respectful of our property and have been a joy to get to know. Our evening campfire chats have been most enjoyable. Their tales of adventure while helping the less fortunate are awe inspiring and enlightening. We have enjoyed their company while blueberry picking, walking the local rails for trails, going to a concert in town and kayaking/canoeing. Who knew that our 1st Boon Dockers would be opening up a path to such a wonderful friendship. We highly recommend that you invite them to visit if they should ask to stay! We can't wait to see them in the near future!
Clint and Kathy are wonderful, fun folks. A joy to spend time with them. They stopped here on their way around New England. They are a service oriented couple .... Wonderful chats around the fire. Clint is quite the handyman and we thank him for putting his talents to use here. They taught us a new game....Qwirkle Absolutely recommend them!
We had a lot in common with these folks, especially in the brand of rv. Please stop in again....
As with the other "Boondockers Welcome" folks - these two people were amiable, conversational, and just nice folks that you wish lived closer so you could see each other more often. Both Jim and I look forad to hosting them again when their travels bring them thru our burg.
Clint and Kathy stayed at my place for several nights in Jul/Aug 2015 and hopefully they will be back in the near future. I enjoyed evening visits with them to hear all about their adventures with Habitat for Humanity. I was very comfortable with them and feel that I have made life long friends. Patty
