A retired military guy from Newfoundland who somehow got rooted in Manitoba. I have spent the past few winter seasons exploring the warmer regions of the US from behind the wheel of a RV. During the summer months I take opportunities to camp & explore around the upper midwest & Manitoba - looking forward to branching out & seeing more of what our countries have to offer...
I’m excited to be members & hope to be able to host in the future.
I’m pretty good at grilling.... other than that I’m kind of a jack of all trades master of none 🙂
No. I love pets but they just dont fit into my lifestyle.
Since I new to BoonDockersWelcome.com I will have to reserve my favorite boondocking locations until I discover them. My travels have thus far taken me throughout Arizona & a detailed trip through Florida and a month long trip to Mexico - look forward to traveling between the upper Midwest/Manitoba from these states and exploring along the way.
I’m originally from Newfoundland, Canada, currently reside just north of Winnipeg, Manitoba in the beautiful rural town of Petersfield. During the winters I head to warmer climates.

CanAmBuddys was a great find. He wasn’t there, but he made sure a neighbour friend found us and showed us what to do. His spot is a gem and we thoroughly enjoyed our stay.
It was our first time on boondocking and we were lucky to stay at grand circle at the Bob crash pad.
There is an access to the lake with ring on the private beach to make a campfire.
Bob was not here but he guaves us the chance to stay at his place and his neightboors brang some icecream for kids and flowers for us.
Near of Winnipeg and Gimli.
Thank you bob
