We have a hobby farm growing vegetables and producing maple syrup that we sell locally. I collect early Volkswagon buses and my wife (a retired veterinarian) likes to train dogs. We love the outdoors and recently bought a 2021 [email protected] 320 Boondocker to travel in. We've been across the country and back in a VW Westfalia that we owned and are excited to travel more in the future with our new camper.
Pretty handy. Have lots of tools.

SunnybrookFarm was a great guest for their one night stay. We enjoyed their company around the fire. Very easy going couple, great communication and friendly dogs. We hope to visit with you sometime at your host location. Safe travels and welcome back here anytime!
Another wonderful stay at Sunnybrook Farm; great hosts, great place. ♡
We were last minute requests and SunnybrookFarm was nice to accommodate us. We thought it would be noisy because we were near the road, but it was a very quiet night on level ground.
My wife and I loved our stay at Sunnybrook Farm. The hosts are warm, gracious, and generous. A beautiful setting with plenty of hikes nearby - I couldn't think of a better Vermont experience. I would stay again in a heartbeat. Really fast cell signal for Verizon and AT&T.
Beautiful spot surrounded by mountains. While we didn’t get to meet our hosts, their communication was excellent, and they made sure we had everything we might need. Will come back again!
I would have really liked to meet the hosts here, as we both own the same type of RV. Either way, the property was beautiful and we appreciate the chance to stay for the night. Hope to see you out there on the road.
The stay here was great! It is close to the road so there is some road noise but we sleep with fans on so it didn't bother us. The housesitter was friendly and it was great to talk to her. The guy in the scamp was accommodating with the electrical which was great! Thank you for having us. 😊
Dave could not be there when I arrived but gave me great directions. It was a hot day and he gave me permission to take a dip in his small pond. Just what I needed since my VW bus does not have A/C. Very peaceful night and got to meet Dave in the morning. Great guy! Would definitely stay again when I am next in the area.
The hosts were excellent, I had a great time relaxing here, they were kind enough to let me stay on a few extra days.
The location is perfect for a number of day trips, restaurants , hiking, historical sites, fishing, and much more.
They shared the produce they grew which was excellent.
I would definitely stay here again when I have a chance.
Though we were unable to connect in person due to a timing issue, SunnybrookFarm was a great communicator and host. We enjoyed our stay here.
Host was very helpful, land was flat, spot was quiet. Be sure to check out the cool VW truck. I will be sure to return in the future.
Great communication and a super pretty location. I'd love to go back.
Low key, on a scale of 1-5 they get a 6! Very nice spot, we and our four dogs (well behaved) really enjoyed our stay.
Great spot. Appreciated the electric hookup. Sadly it rained the whole time and owners were away, so we missed out on the complete experience, but really enjoyed a nice quiet night.
We stayed for one night. The owner was not home but allowed is to stay. Pretty area and level lot. Wish we could have met the owner. Great people from the reviews.
What a great spot, wonderfully quiet, with an amazing host. Keep safe and Thank you for hosting.
Our host was an excellent host! It was a joy to chat together. When we pass this way in the future, we will hopefully stay here. The local area has a unique beauty. Thank you D
The host’s farm is a beautiful spot with lovely views. The host is extremely kind and thoughtful. We parked in a level area next to a small barn with a view of their gardens & the mountains on one side and fields & forests on the other. We were able to plug in and we gave the host a donation for that service. I strongly recommend this spot. It’s a little slice of heaven!
Even though it rained essentially our entire stay, the site was level, quiet, and surprisingly solid despite the rain. The hosts were thoughtful and communicative but also left us in peace, making the stay feel like an extension of home. Highly recommend.
Great spot to park for a night. Loved the views of the stars at night and all of the fireflies that fill the surrounding yard. Great little area to park next to the barn. Very responsive hosts and would love to stay again sometime.
This was a wonderful spot to spend time. Very quiet and restful country setting. The hosts were outstanding and friendly. Loved it and will remember it if we get back in area.
My host was very accommodating and the conversation was great. I ended up staying more than one night. The area is beautiful and a convenient location. I would highly recommend!
Beautiful and tranquil setting in the Vermont countryside. Our host was friendly and welcoming. Convenient to many areas of New Hampshire also. Would stay again!
Sunnybrook farm was a nice overnight spot for us traveling through Vermont. A grass spot next to their open field and garden. The host was very welcoming and knows his beer! Unfortunately it was raining the whole time we were there, but still a nice place. There is some occasional back highway noise. Longer term trailer was parked so no power (inquire if needed for your rig) Water was offered but did not take them up on it. Overall nice spot. Would recommend. Thanks again!
