Anything mechanical I can fix...
We have a menagerie including cats and dogs and horses so always pet friendly. We travel with our dogs Trixie and Smokey and sometimes our cat Kate who is a member of the dog pack not the cat clan.
Granite Pier in Rockport MA
We call Concord NH home and actually have a small farm about smack in the middle of town. Lots and lots of parking space and a nicely wooded lot considering our location.
Absolutely love our 1992 Beaver Contessa Signet. I consider early 90's Beavers to be among the most finely crafted coaches ever built.
Very easy in and out. Great hosts, nice evening spent at campfire.
Unfortunately, i broke down on my way, and was unable to stay. The host was very understanding, and was very prompt with accepting my request and understanding when I could not make it. I look forward to trying again when I am all fixed up. Thanks
Enjoyed two nights at this location. Very gracious host.
Our stay in Concord was short and sweet. Perfectly located close to the interstate, and wonderfully quiet at the same time. Friendly people!
Very kind hosts and a beautiful spot, convenient to everything!
Jmm2020 was the most kind and accommodating host. Thank you for letting us post up on your property! Exploring Concord was lovely.
We would highly recommend if you’re driving through the area.
We hope to come back and visit again!
Jmm2020 is a great guy and is very generous with this great spot! Thanks for allowing us to stay!
Tom
jm2020 were so warm, kind and helpful. This is our first experience with Boondockers Welcome and it could not have been better. We just flew out from the west coast to pick up our RV with our three kids and had to set everything up before we really hit the road. Our host was extremely helpful in pointing us in the right direction to get everything we needed as well as making some wonderful recommendations about where to go and what to see. These are good people!
Great location in Concord for everything we wanted to do. It's hard to believe that the state house is right around the corner while still feeling like we were out in the country. Level yard to park in and put our awning and chairs out. We had plenty of space for our solar panels and truck. Good cell coverage. Good conversation with our Hosts who were very hospitable and let us top up our water tank. Thanks so much for letting us stay! Hope to see you again someday!
Best, D&J
John and Lynda are very cool people, the property is gorgeous and scenic and even comes with a laser light show on a huge pine tree. Fireside chats, inclusive and intentional people, great respite. You don’t even realize you’re in city of Concord, and the spots are well-shaded. Enjoyed it, would recommend to anyone!
We had a great stay here. Not far out of town but you feel like you’re out in the country. Nice shady level spot. We had some good conversation very friendly hosts. We would stay again
We had such a nice time in Hew Hampshire. Our host jmm2020 were so pleasant and very welcoming. We had alot we wanted to see in New Hampshire so we didnt spend alot of time with them but we do highly reccomend them and woul find go back if they will have us.
very helpful LOVED the hanging chairs and big fire pit.
Hosts were both very friendly and accommodating. Location is easy to access and centrally located for our purpose visiting family around the area. There was plenty of room to walk our dog. We would be pleased to return another year if available.
We could easily park our 30’ TT on the property and lots of room to turn. We enjoyed visiting the horses and dogs, everyone was friendly and the hosts welcoming. There is a Dublin donuts a short walk away but very rural area and surrounded by trees. Downtown Concord is just a few minutes away. The ACE HW store can fill propane and local waste treatment can let you empty tanks during work hours on M-F.
John was kind enough to allow me to use his water source to fill my freshwater tank. Very kind & helpful people.
Hosts were very friendly and we had a great stay even through the windy 2 days. Loved the location as close to laundromat and things to see in Concord. Wish we'd had more time. Maybe next time .very genuine folks and loved the animals.
Super friendly and accommodating hosts met us at the end of the driveway, helped get the rig situated, and offered local recommendations. The evening campfire and conversation was the perfect ending to a travel day. Thanks for sharing your space with us!
Jmm2020 was a helpful and accommodating host. The site was minutes from downtown Concord, but so quiet and peaceful you could have been far out in the country. Beautiful sunset, we would stay again!
Jim was very friendly and helped us get our rig positioned in their yard.
Our hosts were very friendly, helped us get all settled and gave great recommendations of places to visit. And their dogs were beautiful.
Very nice and quiet green grass yard, close to several highways and movie theatre. Had a pleasant visit with hosts, very nice people. This was our first experience with boondockers.
Thanks again to our hosts for a great overnight stay, the warm welcome, and a chat about their property and the local area. Very interesting for us non-locals!
We received a warm welcome from JMM2020, and enjoyed hearing their boondocking hosting stories. Loved the vibe of their quiet, peaceful homestead.
Great quite stay here for a couple nights. The host was very nice and helped get us situated. We had to repair our steps on the RV so the camping world close by was very convenient. The downtown area is within 5 mins and was good to check out as well. Thanks for being part of BW. I would recommend this Host when your in the area.
We had a fantastic stay! Upon our arrival our host welcomed us and directed us to
our parking area. Our travel plans allowed us only one night here, otherwise, we would
have stayed another night. We enjoyed sitting around the fire and sharing stories!
We will definitely return here! Thank you for the relaxing, fun, evening!
We enjoyed talking with our host. The property is lovely with horses and dogs around.
A beautiful peaceful experience. John & Lynda were very welcoming. They made me feel very at home. It was serene. If I am ever in the area again this stop is a must.
This was our first boondockers welcome stay and they raised the bar for future stays. They welcomed us right away and treated us like family. The kids loved saying hello to the horses, dogs, and cats everyday. They helped us with a generator issue we were having without hesitation. I highly recommend staying at this location!
Very welcoming couple. We really appreciate their hospitality John is very knowledgeable about everything RV.
Enjoyed our time here, our hosts were welcoming and we enjoyed chatting with them. Did some exploring and relaxing. L's horses were beautiful...as was this area we had never seen before.
Can't say enough good things about our stay at jmm2020! We signed up for Boondockers Welcome yesterday morning, and spent our first night yesterday. Our family loved the stop! Our hosts were wonderful to us, and took extra time to interact with our girls and show them around their farm.
The farm was exceptionally convenient to the highway, but you felt like you were in the country. Parking was easy and our host assisted getting us level in the best spot.
Much gratitude! We plan to be back. :)
Bend over backwards to accommodate your needs, and very helpful. Would gladly recommend a stay here!
We enjoyed our stay. jmm2020 were welcoming and very helpful. Having three dogs, we were appreciative of the pet friendly environment. And our dogs were so curious about their beautiful horses. The flowers were beautiful. Definately recommend
Such a lovely couple. Made us feel welcome instantly. Enjoyed a night full of great conversation at the fire. Their dogs and horses are beautiful. Our host took the time to tell us about some good stops which we followed up on and enjoyed. Their property is large and you wouldn’t know that you were in the city! Very tranquil. Good people.
Loved meeting jmm2020 at their place in Concord, NH. Such a great couple, extremely welcoming and comfortably laid back. Felt like home! Huge bonus for this remote worker was that Xfinity public wifi is accessible!
The hosts are very hospitable & he is a talented mechanic willing to help his guests.
She obviously gets a lot of joy from her 2 beautiful horses.
They also have 2 friendly but protective beautiful dogs &'1 cute cat.
The pets all enjoy attention, but the horses prefer to be left alone.
The hosts enjoy nightly campfires, weather permitting & they invite their guests.
The yard along the driveway is large & almost ablevel area to park your RV on.
The location is convenient access to nearby HWY 93 and also a FREE dump Station
at the Concord Sanitation Water Department, M-F 8-3:30. It is located at
125 Hall St, Concord, NH 03301 off State Street near the Burger King.
But I suggest skipping the HWY 93 to get to it. Take the less traffic shortcut.
Less than 3 miles to Concord City Center where I toured (free) the amazing NH Statehouse.
All of the above makes it a great place to visit!
If I return to this area, I would like to visit w these friends again.
Thanks to these terrific hosts for another great visit.
Bad wifi in Acadia national park but awesome stay....so grateful.
..thank you!
What a perfect spot for boondocking! We enjoyed a stary June night visiting around the fire with our hosts who had lots of great stories to share. In the morning, we had a lovely walk down their quiet, forested road.
Hosts are friendly and hospitable. Good communication and a nice boondocking spot. Win win win!
Great spot close to city! Hosts were very nice and hospitable...wish I could have had more time to enjoy the location. I would definitely recommend to anyone!
Such a wonderful way to enjoy the end of a travelling day - four of us having a drink around the campfire with the horses in the barn beside us. This host home is almost downtown, yet the view tells us it is way out in the countryside . Such welcoming hosts!
we did request to stay there one night and they accepted right away even if it was late march, two wonderful people, He did show me some hand made stuff, its just wonderful, very talented, we could not stay longer, and its too bad, offer me water and internet also, and help me with some issue with my trailer... very nice of them,
Thank you very very much from Don and Linda,
John and Lynda were fabulous hosts. We loved our time with them and their animals. We are from Australia. We enjoyed getting to know them all. We would stay again in a heartbeat. Nice spot and were able to get water. Great location, close to everything necessary and dump station close by. Recommend 100%
Large area to park where you wish.
Could us the generator without disturbing anyone.
Easy in and out and convenient to dump station.
Great hosts and we will use them again if in the area.
Thanks to Jim and Lynda for a great stay.
Al and Sheila
The communication was very good. Even though we didn't meet, our host was friendly and courteous.
Your son told us some stories and gave us a tour of your rv. Super cool.
We arrived late and left around noon.
Thank you for the stay.

Unfortunately it was raining when I arrived and rained all night, but I did get to chat with host in the morning and was very welcomed. Easy in and out for this newbie! Great location and wonderful host!
This was our first experience with Boondocker Welcome. We are a worldtraveler couple from Switzerland and were very surprised by the Boondocker offer and the nice hosts who welcome us. The area is big and nice to stay. Thanks Lynda and John.
When we arrived it was very rainy and unfortunately this influenced also our moment of meeting. As a result we settled and stayed inside with the unfavourable feeling not to have a chat with our hosts. Happy to say that we could do this in the morning before leaving.
Nice guys with common understanding of the items we discussed. Quiet place close to Concord that we visited afterwards in the morning. Thanks, John and Lynda, for your hospitality we enjoyed.
This was like visiting good friends. Great level spot. We requested at the last minute and they were so accomodating. Even built us a nice fire to hang around and chat. The reviews are very accurate. Pretty spot, friendly hosts, nice doggies, and interesting and helpful information. Cant wait to visit again!
The hosts accepted us very quickly and on short notice, too.
This site is within two miles of downtown Concord but it seems like you’re deep in the woods. We saw a Cooper falcon, turkeys and horses. Very close in but very quiet.
The hosts were a delight. We sat in their screen tent, talked and watched the fire in their fire ring.
Highest marks these hosts!
We broke down on arrival and John spent the major part of the next day fixing our battery charging problem. He even took me to get parts (TWICE). This was way above anything we would ever expect. They allowed us to stay an extra night because of the time it took to fix. After spending 6+ hours working on our rig, John did not want any money as payment. John and Lynda are great people and we highly recommend their place to any one passing thru the area.
We had a great stay with John and Lynda. Very welcoming and great conversations. They have a wonderful property In a very good location Hoping to see them next year in Nova Scotia
John and Lynda are very welcoming, kind and a blast to hang out with. I really hope we come this way again so we can get together. Hope to be friends for a long time.
Once again we have been blessed with meeting some wonderful people during our stay using boondockers welcome. On Arrival we were immediately made to feel at home, setting us up and having a great night at the campfire exchanging stories and laughs over wine. Over 2 nights we really got to know a lot about each other and truly consider this special couple our friends.
