We are retired from owning our own Business. Motel, Carpenter, and law enforcement. Enjoy traveling and seeing America. We have a lot with no utilities in a safe city for members to overnight.
I have carpenter, electrical, and plumbing experience. Always glad to help if I can. If we are in town.
We have two yorkies that travel with us.
Texas is our favorite boon docking state. We love traveling Texas, especially the gulf coast.
St. Francisville Illinois is a small town located on the Wabash River. On the border of Illinois and Indiana. We have a railroad bridge that has been converted to a traffic bridge. The Wabash Cannonball! The town is pretty much lost in time. A post Office, Bank, and a Bar is pretty much what is left. But it is a safe place to overnight. You can drive down to the river park and enjoy the Wabash River, and the city has a couple of campsites with electric available sometimes for a fee.
17 ft hybrid camper, self contained, pulled by a Toyota pickup.
A small quaint town with some amazing people. If you ever cross the border between Indiana and Illinois over two wooden railroad bridges, and find yourselves in St. Francisville; i would recommend boondocking here. Our gracious hosts showed us around town and the river, which is beautiful. Hope to see you folks again down the road.
